Outstanding service and very friendly. Responded very quickly (same day) to my mom emergency call. Quickly discovered and fixed my problem. Great job.
On 10/23 Philemon responded within a reasonable amount of time and provided the necessary repairs, in replacing my roll-out switches and the motherboard to my unit. He explained all my questions and showed me the damaged parts. Thank you for your service.
I've used Pennies Heating and A/C at least the last 5 years. We have multiple rental properties and Pennies has come through in a pinch more than once. They are professional, responsive, they show up when they say they will and they are priced very fairly. They have had every opportunity to take advantage and charge a lot more in emergency situations, but they value their customers and want to build a relationship with their clients. I am a die hard client and am so grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I truly appreciate this business.

Philemon responded within an hour. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the heater up and running in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company and will call them first for any service I might need in the future.
Filmon came to my house, exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed my furnace problem and told me he would be back when he had the part he needed. He came back when he said he would, replaced the part, and I Have Heat. He was prompt, polite, very competant, and nice. If I ever need help again, I will definately call him. Thank you so much.
Great service, good prices. Raymond , the tech quickly diagnosed the issue and was done within about 1/2 an hour and my furnace was up and running .

Great, fast and affordable service, and very friendly. Called back within 15 min, at the door with estimate within 30 min and back with two shiny AC units ready to install with in a couple of hours. The new AC units are working perfectly, and I paid more than a fair price than anywhere else I called. Would highly recommend just for the excellant service.

SIX-STARS for pennies rating, I'd give that if u could I work graveyard shift and was on my way to bed. I noticed it was getting colder in the house realized the hvac system wasn't running. I had that terrible feeling of not only was it going to be a long miserable night with also expensive morning . I google hoping to find decent nearest hvac contractor near me. I called a few different heating and air near me and pennies was one I called they had a higher number of good ratings on the internet’ said they said they couldn't send somebody out till the morning! That wasn't going to work. How did they get a high rating?? I called Johnny again and he arrived within twenty minutes! After a brief look at the system he went right to where the problem was and found it was simply a matter of replacing a cover on the heater something to do with system interlock switch that has worked itself lose. Just by replacing the cover the Cover my toes was warm again. From the time I called to the time he finished was 72 minutes.

I have been wanting to do solar on my rental home for some time now but just did not feel like I had enough information about the equipment that I would need and how the whole thing works.
