I give Penguin Heating and Air Conditioning an A+. The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered me different options. He was honest and really helped me understand how the equipment works. I will definitely use them again in the future and will refer them to my family and friends.

We had a little heat wave recently and i found these guys online! Had them come out and diagnose what was wrong. The tech was friendly and found the problem right away. Shared with me what my options were and repaired my system within the hour! The prices were reasonable and the guy was honest! Definitely will use again! Thanks Penguin!!!
I don't know where to even start. This company is lookin' out!! I called...he was in the neighborhood, and 45 minutes later, I was hooked up, fixed up and cooling. Nice dude too. Not once did I ever feel like he wasn't giving me the honest facts about the situation. Guy knew what he was talking about. Found the problem in like 2 minutes, explained the issue to me, and the whole thing was done in no time, and I felt like I was treated perfectly fair. I have 6 units, so I am VERY happy these guys are around!
Great guys. Came early, did the job, took their time to make sure things are perfectly working and left without leaving a question unanswered. Saved Penguin's number for all my ac repair needs.
