Ricky and Pembroke Pines AC are my go to for AC service and repair. I've been using them for the past 4-5yrs and I'm glad I found them when I did. Ricky always goes above and beyond to make sure my family and I are nice and cool in our home. He goes the extra mile by following up with us multiple times afterward to make sure the system is performing where it needs to be. We recently had them install a whole new system in our house. Ricky made the right recommendation for what size system our house needed and I can say after a week with the new unit I'm glad we went to a bigger unit. Besides being knowledgeable based on decades of experience, Ricky is down to earth, very patient and friendly. I highly recommend Ricky and Pembroke Pines AC for all your AC needs!
Rich has restored my faith in tradesmen in South Florida, I called the office 1st thing as one of my units stopped working, lady on the phone was responsive and professional and we had a good chat, I was told Rich would call me around 1pm, Rich turned up bang on 1pm, diagnosed the fault in minutes and fixed in 20, he did not have the right part so installed a part to allow me to start cooling my house and said he would return later that day which he did. great guy and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone, honest and professional just what you need these days.
Ricky was on call. Explained to him that mom and dad were in the house / thermostat was at 83 / within half an hour he turned up like a superhero/ tested here tested there / explained every step of what was causing the issue / few changes and re testing / mom and dad were in the 70 degree range and sipping tea. Don’t get fooled by others. If you have an issue. Call Ricky right away. Mom and dad got a new family member. Wonderful service and honest.
The technician was a complete professional and concerned about making sure that things were done right and on time for the customer. Very friendly customer service, quickly addressed my issues and the repair was done just as quickly and completely satisfied with the work as well as their customer service technical expertise. I have to say I found this company on our neighborhood app and I have to say everything I read about them was accurate. They were extremely responsive, punctual and honest. It turns out our compressor had gone bad and our technician was Ricky. He helped us navigate the process and did all he could to go out of his way to make sure we didn’t have to go another night without air. We are very grateful to Ricky for the great work he did and his professionalism. We will definitely use this company again due to his level of service!
My cousin Eric and I needed Richard's help. He called back when he couldn't answer the phone on my first call. He then set up a time within 90 minutes of our initial conversation, and came within his time window. He diagnosed the issue and solved it, was very helpful and explained what the issue was. Turns out it was a system wiring issue with one of the sensors but everything else was working as it should.
Pembroke Air is the best! We've been happy and satisfied customers for nearly 20 years. Best AC company around.
I called Ricky as I was referred to him through my friend. He came right away, analyzed the problem, provided the solution, and organized a time to come back with the part to fix it. He was clear, honest, professional and thorough. I found my AC guy for as long as he continues to work.
Horrible Service. After charging me over $2,000 for repair they came back the next day because my unit started leaking water. They wanted another $600 to clean unit. Technician was rude and smoked on my property. Stay away from these guys
Ricky went above and beyond to immediately solve our AC issue. He was fair, professional and very knowledgeable and one of the few people who are actually honest and not trying to “sell” you.

Called Ricky on Sunday, after another company, not only did not show up, but neglected to even call. He answered the call promptly, gave me a very reasonable quote and showed up within an hour. Both times we’ve used them, they’re responsive and quick to arrive and address issues. Highly recommend for busy ppl who work all day and may only discover ac issues in evening

I called Ricky Sunday morning and in 30 minutes he was at my door. Very polite and knowledgeable he took the time to explain to me what is wrong with the AC and what will take to be fixed. An hour later the AC was working perfect. Good price, fast service, highly recommend.
Came home to our AC not cooling Saturday night. We called Sunday morning and Ricky came out and found the issue and fixed it. Fast and reliable service.
