My air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days. He squeezed me in at a moments notice. Got to my home early, Richard was very professional, his assistant was very friendly,they fixed our problem quickly and the price was very affordable! Thank you so much!!!

Installers looked about 15 years old. Installed furnace only, did NOT reconnect ac. Who's master license are you working under? Sure isn't Richard Peavys according to city permits department.

Richard and his employee (I suck at remembering names, don’t judge me) were at my house first thing in the morning to replace my old water heater that had sprung a small geyser leak from the top of the water heater. They were quick, considerate, cleaned up the area where water was sitting on the floor, carried out the old beast for me, and made the venting look far better than it did before. My water is hot, gets hot quickly, stays hot longer, and I got it at a better-than-fair price. Peavy’s beat out my previous best bid (which was already really good compared to some of the bigger companies in the area) by $200! I would 100% recommend using Peavy’s Heating and Air, and I will be using them again to service my furnace and A/C! Thanks, guys!

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. I received Richard's name from a family member. I am so thankful! Richard was so nice and quick to respond. Richard was out of town but was able to send Tyler to our house so quickly and he was wonderful! Within 30 minutes, our heat was running and there was no ridiculous upcharge because it was a Sunday. Richard and Tyler are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much for your help!
We started using Richard's business a couple of winters ago when our furnace unexpectedly went out. We got his info from a friend, and we were happy with his quick turnaround to get us taken care of. On that first visit, he was able to uncover that the new (but very old home) we'd just purchased actually had a 20 year old furnace, when we were told it was around 12-13 years old. He and his team installed a new one for us within a half a day, and have since returned to do additional maintenance on various pieces of our HVAC system, including an AC tune up, rerouting some vents for a minor kitchen remodel. They have consistently been easy to get ahold of, straightforward in pricing and workmanship and we easily recommend them to our friends and family! (shared via Yelp as well)

Perhaps they should teach their service techs courteous driving, not to drive like a wild man on Kennedy Expressway, swerving in n out of traffic, and cutting people off,especially when you have a company van with business name on the side. Very unprofessional.
