I had a leaky pipe behind the wall but there was an access panel to fix it already in the wall. Was charged $1800!! During normal hours so not even an emergency. They'll never see another penny from me.
We had a problem with our outside AC unit not cooling. We called Pearson and was greeted by a very pleasant and professional customer service person. We had a service technician at our door the same day that we called. The service technician, Kevin Simmonds was also very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He had our AC unit up and running in very little time. Additionally, he thoroughly checked other areas relative to proper maintenance. We will always call Pearson for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs.
I am a person who does not look for services much, but when something is offered to me it is because I really need it. And the truth is that they are 10 out of 10, they are the best, they came quickly, the same day they changed the hot water tank. They changed it immediately, other things came up that they had to fix and they didn't say no, they repaired other things that I needed and since they didn't finish because of everything else that it occurred to me to ask for, they came back as soon as possible to finish it, at all times they told me Yes, with everything I asked for, they gave me good service at a good price, I really recommend it 100%.

My hot water line under the kitchen sink cracked above the shut-off valve that was broken, Pearson came on time and within the first half hour had it fixed and not leaking any more. I am very happy with the company and service they always provide.

Called on Friday, agreed to pay emergency fee for the next day (Sat) between 8am-12pm. No one showed up and no one called. Edit: added a star bc I called and they said they'd follow up tomorrow AM, will edit again later Edit 2: they didn't.

Woke up to no hot water. Placed a call. Within an hour had a call back and appointment scheduled. Upon arrival Mark explained that they could replace parts but for the cost they recommended replacing the unit. We agreed on a fair price and it was done in a couple hours. Thanks so much Mark and Pearson!

I had an issue with my basement drain after hours. A technician called me back shortly and we determined it was not an emergency. The office called me the next morning as the tech said they would and I had an appointment the same day. It was taken care of promptly by Doug. Wonderful and honest tech. I plan to use them in the future. Great service!
A little pricey but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Great quality work, always on time, workers are super polite.

Excellent professional pest service!! Brian gave us great service and with so much knowledge. Really appreciate getting to the root cause of our problem and so glad he took care of the attic and whole house. We will continue to use Pearsons from now on.
So i had back from sewer line and i called root rooters and service was 500 and they told the sewer line was in curve so they cam estimate on for 6k. I was in shock! And so i call this company and they did free check up on sewer line and person was Michael And you guys saved me thousands. I will come back again. Thank you so much
The folks at Pearson are friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive.the cost always comes in under what we assume it will be , and they get everything done quickly and efficiently. Most recently we had some required repairs to sell our house, and they fixed everything in just about 2 hours. We I'll continue to use their services in our new home!

John Witt sold us the new system. He was very helpful never pressured us to make a quick decision. Jeremy and Jessie can to install the new Heating and AC. They were on time very polite and explained the new thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves. They added a new heat run. It was a difficult job. And they did a great job. Glad we chose Pearson's for our new furnace and AC. Dave and Sandy Wallschlaeger
