My hot water heater was on its last legs and failed while away on vacation. I called Pearson and within 3 hours I had hot water and a brand new tank!! On a holiday weekend Sunday no less. Keith was professional and did excellent work, working around busy toddlers very interested in what he was up to. I will be back for furnace and A/C projects without a doubt, highly recommended!
Keith came highly recommended from a friend and deserves the accolades. He’s responsive, efficient and trustworthy and was able to repair an unexpected damage within days of contacting him. I would highly recommend his services and will use again for any future HVAC needs.
Keith was very responsive and quick to come fix our gas leaks and replace our hot water heater the day we needed it. He is great at communicating and very knowledgeable. We will be using him from now on!
To say that Keith saved the day would be an understatement. He came out immediately on a Saturday to repair my very old a/c and furnace when a different company created a bigger problem and told me to call someone else. I am so thankful that Keith reached out to help me. As a single mama with 3 little kids, I was so worried that we would be sitting in a cold house with snow in the forecast. Keith was professional, polite, and went above and beyond. I will be forever grateful for his help and will definitely call him in the future if I need help again!
Keith at Pearson Heating and Cooling genuinely provides the best service and problem solving I’ve ever seen, within about 5 minutes he had diagnosed what was wrong and was already working on a fix, HIGHLY recommend.

We had Keith install all the necessary equipment to change over from propane to natural gas. He did an excellent job of working with us and the install people from DTE. We couldn't get other companies to return our calls. Highly recommend Keith!

Most Excellent Customer Service EVER for HVAC! My (senior) mom raved about how Keith came to her house and evaluated and fixed her very old and unusual furnace in White Cloud and was knowledgeable, wonderful, and fair. (And she's not an easy one to please!)
Our water heater went out on Friday afternoon and Keith came out and replaced it on Saturday. I would use him again in a heartbeat and will refer him to anyone who asks. He was professional and came in and took care of everything. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater with a drip pan so this time water won't get all over my floor. THANK YOU KEITH!
