Not capable of performing a project over 10 units.
Their level of efficiency and professionalism was exemplary. The two technicians who installed our new AC system inside and out came with all the equipment to install and clean up. And most important was their willingness to answer questions and their kindness in chatting with me. I heartily recommend Pearson Air to anyone needing their services. And may they both be blessed and congratulations to the one gentleman on becoming a first-time proud papa :)
We own an apartment building and have used Pearson Air exclusive for the installation of AC systems through out our community. Our experience has been very good for installation and service on the units installed. We have been very happy Pearson Air. Cornell Williams
Left me without air conditioning while they took over an hour lunch. Beware of hiring Pearson air. My landlord hired these people to replace my air conditioner. After taking out my old air conditioner, they decided they absolutely had to go to lunch at noon leaving me to work from home with no air conditioning. I told them that I need to work from home and asked if they could stay and finish but was told no. Because I work with protected information, I don’t have the option of using a laptop and going to work at a coffee shop. He said they would be back in 30 minutes. I contacted leasing office who tried to reach them by phone to come back but they didn’t get an answer. Over an hour later, 68 minutes exactly, they finally came back. I pointed out that he told me 30 minutes but took over an hour. No apology for taking so long, just a nasty attitude. I don’t know why they started the project if they absolutely couldn’t finish before needing to eat.
Saw one of their company vehicles in my neighbourhood ( S Arlington/ web Britton) today. Lic plate# KKB ****. The guy was driving like an absolute idiot. First he decided to use the shoulder as a turning lane while I was turning too, didn’t slow down and then didn’t bother to do a stop on the next intersection. I’m sure he was some ignorant, reckless c**t with no respect or care for other drivers on the road.

Wow! After a decade of having Pearson service my home under contract I just called for emergency service to hear that we've sold their residential contracts off (never told customers) and let my service contract lapse. So, here I sit with a broken AC during a heat warning and no coverage. This is horribly bad show. I would have considered them for servicing my new 3 retail units (just signed lease) but not when you burn me like this after years of being a customer. I recommended them to people up to 2 weeks ago, no more!
Our experience was amazing!! Juan came and spent about 2 hours figuring out the problem. Turns out the previous company installed our zoning board incorrectly! I will ALWAYS use Pearson Air! They were very professional,honest, and a great christian company (which is hard to find these days)!!

Fast response, great service and polite, smart techs. Diagnosed and solved my problem quickly. Honest work is hard to find in this industry but Pearson will definitely get my call next time.
