Brian was Awesome! He did what others couldn't at nearly half the cost.We had problems heating our upstairs for years. Each year we would call a different company that over promised and under delivered. One company suggested adding an additional air duct which we did but did'nt solve the problem. Another company recommended installing an additional return duct. We did but saw little improvement. Another company suggested adding dampers and a ceiling fan which we did, but it still didn't work. Finally we said as much as we have spent over the years we would invest in a new unit. Most companies wanted to add two units to our house or one and a mini-split. Brian suggested adding an air duct in the place where all other companies said it couldn't be done and just replace the one unit with a 14 SEER unit. He also mentioned there was no need for the dampers because we already had adjustable vents. He installed the air duct and new unit in 3 hours and our upstairs feels just as good as the rest of the house. Brian was very professional, punctual and polite. I highly recommend Peak Performance!

Very personable, worked hard to find a solution to what was going on with the unit, didn't try to get us to buy another unit. Brian got us up and working and the cost of repair was very reasonable-will continue to use Peak Performance for our servicing needs!!!!

Was on time to the minute.. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and efficiently. Ive used them on several occasions and always the same result.. Explains whats wrong , the cause amd solution without trying to rip me off.. I highly recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE! Awful. First of all no one ever answers the phone. You can only schedule online. I had an appt scheduled with Joe and it was confirmed through email. He never showed up and he never called to tell me he wasn’t coming. I set up another appt with Brian two days later because our heat was still not working and he never showed up! No phone call or anytging. I had used Brian in the past and always had wonderful things to say about him but they really dropped the ball this time. I’ve already found another company and they answer their phone and come out the same day.
This company is amazing and I would definitely recommend them... They were able to show up with very short notice! They also fixed the issue within a very responsible price. We were quoted over 3000 from another company and they were able to fix the issue with less than $500. Company is amazing and very honest and Joe was absolutely amazing! Great company overall!
