Not worth wasting my time
They really went above and beyond to fix my bathroom plumbing problem. Very professional and pleasant people to do business with. I would recommend peabody plumbing to anyone

I've called them on the occasions over the years and I've been extremely happy every time so far! Fast and professional. I'd recommend them for their service based on my own experiences but getting a hold of them is challenging. Their phone rings their third party answering service which will take messages to have them call back but I rarely get a call back or, when I do and I'm not available, it becomes a game of phone tag. I'd bump to five stars if not for the phone problems. They're great once you do get someone.
I will first start by saying that I believe that we should pay for what we owe. Honest tradespeople are hardworking fellows who provide a necessary service. On the other hand, I cant stand the ones that take advantage of people and rip them off... Lesson learned. First mistake was that I DID NOT get a written estimate of how much this was going to cost... Second I did not ask how much I was going to be charged for service. I was told the part was in excess of 450... should have looked this up before I paid on the spot...Third lesson learned. The process took LESS than one hour for sure... I ended up paying OVER 700.00!!! After several hours of research ex: calling around getting different estimates, which is what I should have done in the first place, I discovered that this was outragiously overpriced. I work hard like everyone else and how people can take advantage of this kind of situation is sad. I dont know what kind of response the company will give to my post but nothing they can say to try to defend what has already been done, will be useless in this situation. One more word Karma... :)
I've been using Peabody plumbing for the past four years and have had only positive experiences. He gets the job done the first time around. Definitely recommend.
