Paul and his brother arrived on time and were professional throughout their entire visit. They asked for a background of the situation and explained their process in a very efficient way. They were also very personable and I plan to use their services on a regular basis to keep the dryer vents and ducts hazard free, especially important living in an older house.

Peabody Dryer vent came out the next day. He was on time(even 10 min early). He was very thorough. Didn't leave any mess. Paul even found a missing sock! Definitely recommend.

Dryer vent cleaning was provided in my condo unit, very happy with Paul, arrived on time and went right to work. When cleaning the vents was finished he cleaned the area and ran the system to check it was running properly. Great job 👍
