I call PDQ AC to ask for an estimated on a 19 years old split unit replacement, customer service on the phone was good,then on appointment day,the guy they send was not prepare with the tools he needed to go to the attic.
A challenging installation that was resolved with time and patience.
I was 2500 miles from home when I received a call that my AC made a loud clanging at 3AM. A friend recommended PDQ: I could not be more pleased. Courteous, prompt, and reasonable price for the repair/service/part replacement completed in late July in Phoenix, AZ. What started out to be a very stressful day where I had no control, turned out to be a great experience. Thank you PDQ!!!
Very fast service, honest and fair. Not like some of the other guys trying to sell us a brand new unit when a simple fix was all that was needed.
