Our family has been using James across 3 generations of family members and he has always been the most professional and down to earth person to work with. I always know working with him I will be getting exactly what I need and not upsold/scammed in any way. I trust him completely, and he is a genuinely good person. I woke up to a 61 degree house when the wind chill was in the -40's. My furnace would not kick on. I called James and he answered immediately. He had me take a picture of the inside of my furnace. James immediately knew what the problem was. It was a very simple fix. He explained the problem to me, walked me through the steps to fix it, and voila, within minutes my furnace was up and running again! Thank you again, James, for saving my family from the coldest day of the year! You're an awesome human being which can be hard to find in a lot of businessman these days! I'll never use another HVAC company! James is THE best!
An amazing experience using James with PCM Heating, Cooling and Home Repair. He genuinely cares about his customers and shows empathy. Our furnace died right as the weather was changing and nights getting to the 30s. I was being haggled by a big business who seemed to take advantage of the desperate situation, thankfully a friend referred me to James. Stand up company, great small business, gives you options, and honest feedback.
James came highly recommended to us by someone we trust (our former realtor). Our AC went kaput, in late August, and since it was 18 years old we decided to replace it. James to the rescue. He was prompt, quick to respond, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he saw in our furnace and didn't try to up sell us, pull any fast ones on us. He just gave us the facts. We now have a new AC, that will be ready to use next year. When the time comes to replace our Furnace and Hot Water Heater, James is who we will call. Thanks James and PCM Heating and Cooling. Being wary of many “high-priced corporate” HVAC firms, the kind that spends lots of money on TV advertising, I asked my local plumbing company owner to recommend someone he’s known for a long time and trusts. My plumber friend told me he has known James for decades and is familiar with his high level of professionalism, ethics, and competitive pricing. No surprise that PCM Heating and Cooling removed the old water heater, installed a new high-quality water heater, and then coached us on adjusting the water temperature. I was delighted with the total experience. What made me most comfortable was the trust I felt doing business with James. After all, he came with an excellent reference. Good job, James. Great prompt service. Mr Carey and everyone who worked with and for him were very professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood how to adjust the new thermostat.
I contacted to James to come look at my ac unit that had stopped working. He was honest with the issue and gave me all of my options to repair. We ended up having a new unit installed and James was thorough and on time. He disposed of our old one for us and we are thankful to have ac again! Would certainly recommend him!
Very thankful for James and his responsiveness when our A/C went out suddenly on a 98 degree day. He was able to come diagnose the issue immediately (within an hour) and had it repaired the next day after having a part overnighted for us. Definitely recommend and will always call him in the future!
