I do small handyman work. When it comes to plumbing, I leave it to the professionals. I met Alex at the check-out line in a store and noticed he had plumbing supplies. We made a connection. I had him do a project for me and it will not be the last. He did excellent work and I look forward to working with him more in the future.
I found Alex (Payton’s Plumbing) through Google search while looking for a plumber to replace my sister’s water heater. After some research and consulting with Alex, we settled on a tankless heater to replace the old tank heater. His price was very reasonable when compared with a quote we had gotten from another company. Alex made quick work of the installation and everything was great for the first couple of days. After that, for the next few weeks, the heater would err out and shut down about every couple of days. Each time we called Alex he would show up almost immediately to resolve the issue. Although it was a little frustrating having to call him every few days to tend to the unit, we were impressed by how responsive and professional he was. Alex, after weeks of troubleshooting, finally corrected the problems for good. We’ve gone months with no issues thus far. Thanks Alex, for your patience and professionalism.
Alex replaced 3 leaky faucets in our 20 year old home. He also thought outside the box on how to fix a cracked whirlpool jet in our tub, that we could not find replacement parts for. Honest and trustworthy!

Alex did a great job replacing my hot water heater. I was not sure who to contact for plumbing needs, and did not want to work with a large name company. Found his name on a neighborhood site and sent him a text request a quote. He responded quickly to my first contact, was reasonably priced, and was able to get to me on the day I needed him. Alex was very courteous and cleaned up afterwards. He answered all my questions and he also found an issue with my gas pressure coming into the home and called the gas company for me and assisted me with getting that taken care of. I highly recommend Alex to anyone, and already have requested him to do more projects within my home.
Alex did an excellent job installing a propane gas line for our pool heater. I will be sure to call him for any future plumbing needs.
