On the very first hot day of summer - no a/c! I called Payne Mechanical Services for an air conditioner repair. They were able to fit me into the schedule the same day I called, while other companies gave me a 1-2 week window. After the repair and a thorough analysis, Ron Payne recommended a replacement of my 25-year-old unit. He explained his rationale for the recommendation, and I trusted his advice and decided to replace the a/c and furnace. The financing was fast and easy. The scheduling was quick. However, the best part was the outstanding services that Ron Payne and his team provided from beginning to end. I could not have had a better experience with Ron and his team from explaining everything in terms I could understand, to the quality of the equipment and delivery of the equipment, through the installation and removal of the old systems, through the interior cleanup, and aesthetics of the exterior unit and surrounding area. We are 100% satisfied with our new system and with Ron and his team. I especially appreciated their professionalism, knowledge, manner, and outstanding customer service.
