Paul's is great. Their response time is wonderful. Gave pros and cons for our options to replace our radiant heat. Quite professional and efficient.

Another Santa Fe plumber that goes by a first name as well put in a brand new water heater 15 months ago--months, not years--and it blew up last week. Called and their mailbox was full on a Saturday morning. What bums. Unreal. They even have a 4.9 rating on goog, which shows how these can be manipulated good or bad quite easily really. I called around and Paul was the most on top of the emergency weekend. Turns out the boiler too, which was 20+ years old, was showing signs of compromise and really nowadays you are crazy not to have a tankless combo to use less gas and save what's left of our burning world. The price was hard to swallow, sure, but this is a fifteen year investment, not fifteen months. Paul and his son showed up bright and early Monday morning and got to it like the 30-year plus veteran at the trade that he is. I spent a fair amount of time watching them work and they use efficient tools and supplies and know exactly what they are doing in installing, plumbing and setting up these amazing systems that take up well less than half the space of their ancient, inefficient counterparts. Paul answered all of my questions big and small, helped me with the mess of sheetrock that the busted water made, gave me advice, and they left the place as clean and cleaner than they found it. The office took care of the applications for rebates and I could stop the cold showers forty-eight hours after the disaster on Saturday morning---and feel a whole better about not gassing up New Mexico to keep forty gallons of water hot all day and night. To choose a good contractor in Santa Fe has become a major hassle in recent years. Paul learned the trade at a young age from his Dad and is now passing the torch to his sons. He loves his work and it showed in watching him install this modern miracle. You should absolutely include Paul's Plumbing in your bids and if it is a night or weekend or anything like that, my experience is he picks up in one or two rings. Thank you Paul

we called Paul's Plumbing for a clogged toilet , When the worker showed up last week he attempted to unclog the line through the roof vent. After two hours he had not opened the line and said he would show up tuesday morning around 8:30 with a camera. After calling the owner he showed up around 11:30 and indicated there were multiple roots in the sewer line and hinted the sewer line may have collapsed . He proceeded to roto root the line pulling out a large root ball.. He then went inside and camera scoped the line from inside removing the toilet indicating suggested the line looked collapsed inside the house . . I inquired why his boss or someone else from Paul's had not taken the time to come visually evaluate the situation and was told they were too busy even though the worker had called the owner numerous times. We were sent a doc u sign estimate for $17,000 to replace the entire sewer line including inside the bathroom floor . SInce we decided to get a second opinion we were presented a bill for $875 for 5 hours of work or $1200 total for the two days . We contacted a drain line specialist who showed up Wed morning , on time ,and roto rooted the line confirming the sewer line was not collapsed and was totally open. The father and son proceeded to check all three sewer lines indicating all lines looked good and charged us a total of $200.00. I don't believe Paul's worker intentionally tried to mislead us but once again it proves you should always get a second opinion when someone tells you your sewer line has collapsed and needs to be replaced . We will never trust Paul's Plumbing again Bryan

Terrible drivers, followed one of their trucks for about 5 minutes and he kept brake checking and didn’t use his signal once. Bro it’s not hard use your blinker and show some common courtesy to other people on the road

Paul's installed our tankless hot water (after a year prior we had another plumber put in the entire tankless hot water system that failed). In emergencies they are always available and here for us. Today they installed a pot filler and Luke and his teammate did a great job. They are always on time and we appreciate that.

Paul's has gone above and beyond for us so many times. They have come off hours when no one else would. They have rearranged their entire schedule to fit ours and the work is top notch. Very happy to work with them on any plumbing project in the future.

On October 24th, 2022 I requested Paul's Plumbing in Santa Fe NM, to replace a "inducing motor" for a gas heater with a Brand New unit. I was charged $780 for this service at the time of request and was expecting to pay an additional $150 at time of install. On the day of install (October 28, 2022), the plumber tried to replace the unit with a second hand item that was older than the current one I had already installed. A photograph was taken of the older unit. I discovered the problem because the one he installed was broken. I immediately ask him to leave and refund my monies in full. That is fraudulent behavior and disgusting attempt at "pulling a fast one". I have called and request a refund from the office but have had no response yet. I contacted the credit card company and asked them to cancel the transaction and refund me. If I am not fully refunded the next step will have legal consequences.

My electric water heater, which was installed by Paul's Plumbing & Heating 17 years ago, died on Sunday night. Before 8am on Monday, I called three reputable Santa Fe plumbing companies requesting a replacement estimate and earliest date of service. Within 4 minutes of leaving my message, I received a call back from Paul who was kind enough to spend a few moments to update me on costs and procedures that are now required by the state when replacing a water heater. I was sold, but I still had two other companies I was waiting to hear back from. Paul encouraged me to explore these options, which I did. In the end, it was clear to me that Paul's Plumbing & Heating was the company I wanted to hire. Adrian was the plumber assigned to my project who was not only on-time and professional, but a craftsman in his plumbing skills. The installation was handled beautifully and without any issues. As an aside, Paul was also correct; there really is much more involved these days when replacing an old water heater. Paul's Plumbing & Heating has definitely earned their 5-star rating from me, TWICE. Once in 2005, and now in 2022. I highly recommend this company (and Adrian) for your plumbing needs.

Didn’t finish job. They scratched the floor. Need to be patched. Lefts hand prints all over walls that needed to be repainted. Bathroom sink not working. Few people told me not to hire them due to many issues guess I learned the hard way

I called about a possible leak and Paul was honest enough to suggest I do a toilet tank test before he came out. It turns out that’s what it was and we can do the work this time but when we need a plumber in future Paul’s is who we’ll call!
