Hats off to Paul’s heating & air you can Imagine on a Friday night at 4:45pm trying to find a company to come out over the weekend or Monday I do not know the ladies name that I spoke with but she was very professional and most helpful. The guys came out 30 minutes later. Very professional and took care of it. Now that’s customers service. Thank you all!
Phenomenal customer service! I called on a Sunday night and they were able to come out within 2 hours. They fixed the issue within 30 minutes for a far better price than other companies. I highly recommend using this company!
