In our 4 years as homeowners in Loveland, Paul's Anytime has become our go-to plumber. They maintain our boiler, replaced the water heater, installed a dishwasher, and have been incredibly responsive whenever we need them. Every professional they have sent to our home was knowledgeable and efficient to remedy the issue. Special shout out to front office goddess Karissa who makes miracles happen.
We bought a fixer upper….. Chris at Paul’s Anytime Plumbing sure came thru for us, we had a mystery leak. He found it and fixed it correctly. Whoever did the previous work “thought” they could do plumbing. Yea not so much. They’ve fixed a few of our mystery leaks. And so prompt and reasonable cost. I called on a Saturday, Chris was onsite in Fort Collins in about an hour. Chris was very professional and nice, he was able to repair our water heater and save us a lot of money. Highly recommended. Thank you!!
Setup an appointment with them for Friday (13) from 1-3 pm and they didn’t show up or call to reschedule and I waited till the following work day and still no follow up call. Poor service usually results in poor work, don’t use them for your plumbing needs. Seems to be a theme for plumbers on the front range of Colorado, poor service.
We do not recommend this company. Paul's is the contractor listed as installer of a new (in 2016) HVAC system for a remodeled home that we purchased a year ago. There have been nothing but problems with the under sized system. Their 'quick BTU/area math was not appropriate for the way they installed the system. They used a web of flex ducting that has extra long runs that should have been shortened. The flex ducting is pinched in numerous areas due to their choice of fastening technique. On top of that there was a panel in the main furnace that was not correctly connected and conditioned air was blowing straight into the attic. This means that the size of the system was not adequate to heat the whole house area and was running all the time. The inducer motor went out on us during the coldest day last year. This left us with out heat for 3 days because the part was not available until the warehouse opened on Monday. We were forced to spend over $10k to remove the basement area from the HVAC system and install a mini spilt system heat pump so that the original unit is no longer undersized to serve the upstairs. Had their tech not been sloppy with the flex ducting and original install, the unit may have been fine. We highly recommend you find another company to do your HVAC install.
Bryce just left our house after removing a badly rusted and corroded disposal and installing a new one. He was here less than an hour. He was polite and professional, friendly and respectful of us and our home. We were very impressed with his manners and his work. Thank you!
Price gouging at it's best! One hour fifteen minutes labor and my bill is $352!!! Then went I call to question bill I am told I would receive a call back. Never happened. I had to call again to get a cost break down of services rendered for $352 and I am told "that's the way it is". I am continuing to deliberate through my property mgmt company, and continuing to submit request for charges for services rendered. I need to know if they put the drain plug/strainer thing back into the drain... and they will not tell me. If not, this may cause a backup in the main line. This is not a professional way to treat customers... on top of overcharging! Do NOT use this company! Charge too much, then set it up for another more expensive repair!!! Checked out their credibility: They are NOT members of Loveland, Ft Collins, or Berthoud Chambers of Commerce like they advertise, however they are members of BBB. That should also tell you something about their "character & integrity".
Cannot say enough good things about this business! Everyone has been so wonderful to work with (especially Karissa!) We thank you so much for all your help, hard work, and answering endless questions. You will always be the first call we make for any of our plumbing and heating needs! :)
Charged us $180 to diagnose and the cost of the diagnoses would "go towards the repair" and then told us the part was on backorder for our furnace so our entire furnace would need to be replaced for some thousands. Then we ordered the part on amazon and were able to install it ourselves. The part was $200. The owner wouldn't ever return our to call us to talk about it. Cheated. To the response: I did try calling the office multiple times, and tried texting with karissa who told me she'd be talking with the boss about this as well, the lack of response after weeks of trying was more than disappointing. This was my honest experience and there is nothing left to discuss.
Serviced my A/C unit and quickly found a fried capacitor. They replaced and cleaned and everything is working great. Friendly, up-front, and did great work.
Chris saved my project!!! I was doing a bathroom remold for my mom, and she was to set up the plumber not understanding what I needed. He made it happen the following day and was so pleasant to be around and his apprentice Dom was so friendly. They asked me questions prior to anything they did. No unexpected billing! Very happy it was done. It’s an old 1904 home and nothing was easy!! Thanks for having great people that work here! So Greatful
Homeowner in Loveland CO. I'm generally a critical person that says "take the time you need, but do it perfect". I've had Paul's Anytime out to my house a few times for routine maintenance (and water heater replacement) between 2016-2022. Chris (the tech) came out and was on point, fast, and super knowledgeable. He gave me the full run down and even answered all my "what if" follow up questions. 11 out of 10 really.
Pauls anytime is 10000000% the company to call for your needs. They have gone above and beyond for our plumbing needs. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees. They get back to you immediately, address any and all issues at hand. Thank you to all the employees that helped through our plumbing issues.
Took great care of us, we had a water heater go out on a Saturday. The plumber, I believe his name was Brandon was very helpful.

I discovered my water heater had a leak this past Sunday. I called Paul’s Anytime Plumbing and spoke to Karrissa. Within seconds she had diagnosed the problem and then called the on-call technician to schedule an on-site visit. Ryan, the on-call technician called me immediately and instructed me on how to stop the leak until he could get on-site. Within a couple of hours the leak was fixed and that included drive rime. What great customer service! Thanks Karrissa and Ryan for your quick diagnosis and repair. I am one happy customer!
When I called Paul’s Anytime Plumbing A very pleasant lady answered the phone! She was able to schedule the plumber for that same day. The plumbers, Ryan and his apprentice, found to let me know they would be arriving within 15 to 20 minutes. They arrived on time and perform the tasks needed to clear the main line. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional! I would not hesitate to call them out again and recommend them highly!
My AC wasn't working as well as it should and Brandon took care of it and answered lots of my questions, because I will need to probably replace the unit in the near future, but I trust anyone who comes to repair things. They are very professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I truly would recommend this company to anyone. You can't go wrong.
Ryan and Bryce were awesome! We were in the midst of a bathroom remodel when we realize we had a tiny drip coming from our tub faucet. Since we were about ready to close the walls up, it was really amazing to be able to get a plumber out last minute! They were at our house within an hour of my call, and found the handle system was old and not sealing correctly. They were able to replace the part and extend the shower pipe up about a foot for us with no problems at all. In and out within about an hour of work. Ryan did an amazing job with his apprentice, Bryce - thoroughly explaining and teaching him how to do the repair, as well as explain how he diagnosed the problem. I learned something too! I have used Paul's for years for my HVAC, but their quick response to this hiccup in our bathroom project was amazing. Thank you guys for always doing such a wonderful job!
