Excellent service! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Had Rob come out and install a water heater for me. He did a very clean and professional job. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to friends and family in the area. I also have had him come out for a health check on both the AC and Heater in the spring and fall respectively. The service was affordable and he caught a couple parts that were in need of replacing. I have him come out twice a year now.
Paul Allen did what they told me they were going to do when they told me they were going to do it. The rep Rob talked to me about options and recommended what I needed that didn't cost arm and a leg. Highly recommend him / Paul Allen for your HVAC needs!
Rob helped me out in a pinch. He was on time, thorough and very courteous. He went above and beyond what was needed, and I will not hesitate to use him again
Rob showed up 2 days before christmas during a snow storm and very low temperature. He helped me get my furnace back up and running.

I have 4 older units at my business and was having an issue with one. Rob came out the same day and repaired that unit and then I had him come back out and do regular service maintenance and preventative maintenance on the other units. The repairs and service were a lot more extensive than we thought at first but he was so knowledgeable and helpful with my old units that they were able to be fixed and up and running within a day, and the cost was extremely fair and reasonable. I would hands down refer Rob and his company for any heating and air services at home or work.
I called these guys on a recommendation from a friend...I'm glad I did. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He took the time and explained the problem in terms I could understand. He left for a short time and returned with the necessary parts to fix my furnace. I thought he was very reasonable for what he charged me. Our home warmed up quickly...we sincerely appreciate the quick turnaround and his kind honesty...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Paul installed our furnace about 9 years ago. Today we experienced a problem with it not wanting to come on. We called Paul, and he was at our house within 30 minutes, and had the furnace fixed within another 30. And he was very affordable!! I would recommend that anyone that is experiencing any problems with their furnace or air conditioning, Paul Allen is the one to call!!
