I was having issues keeping my house cool and thought it was my central air unit. Jeff came out the same day I called him and was super friendly and knowledgeable about what my cooling issues were. If I ever have any a.c problems I will make sure to call Jeff
Amazing people and very helpful very fast! My father in law is now also a client! Wouldn't recommend anyone else for hvac needs!

Ms.Amy is a lovely person, she is very professional, does a terrific job, and I would say if you need your a.c. repaired in a professional and through manner, call them, I will not use any one else in future. She came on a Sunday, no questions ask, worked on a.c. even did a through maintenance without being asked, repaired a.c.. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt help, call them you will be satisfied. I was having problems with my ac cooling the back part of my house, I called Amy, she sent her husband and his helper out the same day to check out the ac. They found the ductwork had come loose and came back out very next day and repaired it. They are very punctual and very helpful. If you need ac work, call them, you will be happy with their quick action and professional work.
Epic customer service. Class act and very knowledgeable. You know why you are getting the repair. Easy access to pay online as well, was able to get an invoice for the work, right to my email.
We had a complete new system installed by Patriot. As always Jeff did an outstanding job with the installation and the system works great. I highly recommend patriot heating and cooling to anybody that wants the job done right.
Made the mistake of paying $3000.00 in cash upfront to receive a "cash discount" for our home a/c replacement. ELEVEN months worth of excuses about how due to Covid he couldn't get a unit for us. When we asked for our money back we got more excuses from Mr. Gordon the co-owner about how his vendor had to cut him a check and it would be 7 - 10 business days before he could return our money. Months later and he no longer accepts our calls or returns our text messages. So unless like to be lied to and essentially stolen from don't use this company or any other business that Jeff or his wife Amy who is the actual owner have anything to do with. We have started the process of filing in small claims court (May 2021). Will gladly be revising the review when the court awards us our money plus back. "Patriot" Heating & Cooling what a disgrace to the definition of such a loyal and proud word.

I came home after working a long day and found my house hot. The unit was running inside and when I looked out back the fan was not turning. I have just been through six surgeries after having a double mastectomy and nearly losing my life to an infection on top of it. I am also a service connected Veteran with several years of military service and am a single parent and had another cancer back in 2003 alreaday. I been struggling financially due to the medical things and being on my own, and I completely fell apart and cried. The company that did m AC service for years insisted on money and I had explained I was struggling and due to my health the heat in the house (if not fixes) could put me in the hospital so I could not wait. Amy and Jeff were contacted by someone in my neighbourhood and Jeff got on his way after Amy (who was really sweet) contacted me . He fixed my AC that had two issues total out back quickly, even though it was really hot and dark at this point. He was not only professional and good at what he does but explained to me, that his company helps out Cancer patients, survivors as well as Veteans and he was not going to charge me to help me out. This was one of the biggest breaks I have had in a very long time and really made such a huge difference. Even if I had paid down the road, it would be difficult for me to recover, so this company really was an amazing blessing to me and my kids. I highly recommend them especially for big jobs because I know it will allow them to continue to help people like me when they are in a very tuff spot. I know this is a bit long but I really wanted people to understand why this comoany is so amazing. Jeff got up from his own dinner table to come help me in one of my worst sittuations, making my continued fight a little bit better than what it would have been without his help.
