Our church had the furnace stop working suddenly in the middle of last months really cold days. I saw their web page and called and they were out the next day -- it only took a few minutes before they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Despite the emergency call, the price was amazingly low-- and they offer a discount for military veterans as well! Great job Rick and team!

Saw the number on the side of my furnace as they had serviced the old homeowner. Glad I called them. On time, great handshake and very easy to deal with. Rick did a great job, gave me some pointers and was very knowledgeable. Our furnace is pretty old and he had that tough conversation with us but also gave me enough insight so when it does go I feel like that would be totally manageable and they are the first people I will call. So happy to support this business!
It was a small but critical issue, and they knew what needed to be done before I finished with my explanation. They were done in less than 30 minutes and no hidden charges.
Fast, responsive, and thorough. Was able to come out on the coldest day of the year and repair our furnace for a very fair and surprising low price. I strongly recommend.

I almost never write reviews, but the service from Patriot warranted taking the time to really promote their service. Patriot has installed dual heat pump systems in my last two houses and I’ve been continually impressed with their responsiveness and support. They traveled out of their normal service area to install the second system. Most recently, when a manufacturing issue came up the system during the 112 degree Seattle heat wave, Rick stepped me through the resolution within two hours of me reaching out to Patriot. I had called several other HVAC companies trying to get help, but Rick called me before I could even get another tech on the phone. I highly recommend Patriot and would absolutely call Patriot again for any issue that may come up.
Don't waste your time going with anyone else! We are going to have 100 degree weather this weekend and our AC seemed like it wasn't keeping up to the 80 degrees so I contacted Patriot Heating to see if they could schedule us an appointment. Angela reached out the very next morning and got me scheduled, but even better, Rick was able to make the extra stop and come out later that day!! He checked the whole system, made sure it was all working and explained everything so thoroughly. There is no one else I will ever go to for my AC or heating needs!
I requested a furnace service and Chris came out to perform the work. He was professional and completed the task no problem. When I called to setup the appointment it was quick and efficient, and they were able to fit me in within a couple of days from original call, at my own request. Price for service was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
This company is amazing! Our heat at our rental house was not working at all. We have a "zone" system because we have our rental and a mother in law house connected, so we called the company and Angela sent someone out to help us right away. We have had other companies try to help but it never lasted. We had patriot come out about 2 months age and it is still working flawlessly. THANK YOU!!!!! 100% would have them come to our rescue anytime!!!
I was recommended to this company by my realtor. I scheduled a servicing appointment for the house I just purchased to have my AC and Furnace serviced. Angela is very sweet and she even sent me a reminder text which I had requested because my memory is not the best with all my kids. Chris arrived on time and was very kind and professional. Took time to make sure everything with functioning properly. He found an issue with the AC and there was no pressure to fix it but I still decided better to replace the part than wait for it to die on its own. He was not able to get a full check on the refrigeration level of the AC because of the cold weather but told me if I have any issues just to call in. Well this past weekend hit 85 and guess whose AC decided not to cool down the house I left a message and Angela promptly got in touch with me during the after hours which I thought was so nice because the situation was stressful. Chris came out at no charge like he said and found there was a leak but could not figure out where it was exactly coming from so he scheduled a follow up. A few days later Chris and Rick(owner) came back(the weather cooled btw which is why a few days was fine with me) to find where the leak was. They spent a good hour inspecting everything until they found a very tiny leak in a valve that emptied my entire 5lbs of refrigerant over 6-7 years of the homes lifespan. Rick and Chris took a lot of time explaining things to me and I felt you could see how long they had been in this business. Even after they finished repairing and replacing the refrigerant, Rick took the time to answer any other questions I had. I recommend this company because they are honest and their prices are extremely fair. It's a family operated business and they have the experience to back it. We will be lifetime customers but I really hope I only see them for annual service on my units Thank you again Angela, Chris and Rick!!!
