Great service! Especially when you run out of oil! Very friendly and accommodating.
On one of the coldest days of the year Patriot came out fast to to change my oil pump and nozzle. I was amazed at how fast they showed up and how quickly they changed it out. A very friendly and professional crew. I'll defietly be calling Patriot for any future repairs, maintenence and oil. Thank you for everything.

Your staff Freaking Rocks!!! I talked to Tracy earlier this week and set up my account. She told me to call back today (Friday) or Monday to check the Levittown schedule for the next week because this week was full. No problem, we have plenty. Today I call and Tina tells me, I think I could probably get you in, BOOM, 20 minutes later the truck is here!
I don’t write negative reviews for places often but I felt the need to write one for this company. I have never met a more incompetent company in my entire life. From management to the technicians, this company is filled with some of the laziest people. On one occasion, a technician called me an hour before our appointment to fix our AC (which had been out for 2 days, in the summer) on a Friday at 4 pm to tell me he was scared to come out because of the rain. Another instance, the administrator called and confirmed with my wife that we had an appointment that day at 4 pm. After having to get home from work early, a manager called me and said they couldn’t come and that I would have to wait until Tuesday(this was also in the summer with 90 degree heat. This company milks every job they possibly can. It’ll take them 3 visits to diagnose a problem just for them to tell you they have to order a part that will take a week to get there. There are plenty of other HVAC companies in bucks and Montgomery county. Be wise and spend your money elsewhere.
My furnace gave out right before a nor'easter. Greg and his team ordered a new unit and installed it in the middle of the snow storm. I recommend them and feel very comfortable with their knowledge and worksmenship.

We have been using Patriot Fuels for over 20 years now. Greg and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and have the customers best interest in mind. Recently, Patriot stepped in and completed an analysis of the heater that was not functioning properly, on a new home we purchased. We got two quotes to repair the problem and the other heating and oil company stated we needed a new unit. The unit was only three years old. It was because of Patriot Fuels that replacing the heater was not a necessary option and the issue was found to be a defective switch. Total cost less than $300., including the diagnostics. Replacing the system would have been over $4000. and had a lead time. The switch was replaced and we had heat withing 24 hours. Thank you Greg and the entire Patriot team.
I can not say enough good things about Patriot! Greg and Denise went above and beyond to help us! Our heater went out in the middle of a freezing cold week and they were here two separate days working on it. Will was also amazing! He spent a lot of time going over every detail to make sure our heater was working! We really appreciated all the work they did and will be using and recommending them to everyone!
Denise, Greg and thier whole team are great! I've had them out for both service of my old heater and installation of a new heater / AC unit. Their work was top notch, was done quickly and professionally.

Yikes this guys are horrible workers are useless and the owner greg has been burning bridges for awhile now... then i seen that his scrap guy billy... a 62 year old man ... was picking a oil tank up at gregs house on McKinley and spilled oil all over his drive way... do not use this guys... oh and i heard he sells reused oil and clogs systems then blames customers....

Came out on Thanksgiving for an emergency fill. They were timely, courteous, and understanding of our situation. Would definitely use again!
Professional. Skilled. Polite. We called Patriot to repair our air conditioner. It turns out we needed to replace our unit. That same afternoon we were provided quotes for a replacement unit. Because they value their existing customers, the next day they replaced our unit. Everyone we dealt with was so polite. They took measures to not make a mess in our house. They put down drop cloths on carpets, even on the steps. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. I cannot say enough how easy they made this process for us. Thank you so much! We also get oil from them. Highly recommend them.
After many years we still use Patriot. Great service, great people, great prices. I recommend them to everyone I know.
