Thank you so much for fixing my AC. Patriot Air was recommended to me by family and friends. I was not disappointed. They came to fix my compressor within 3 hours of my phone call. Not only did they fix my problem in a timely manner, they also gave me some tips on maintaining my system in the future.
Great company! They made it out to me the day after I called and took care of my issue.
Condenser broke down. Called Patriot and they arrived 20 minutes later. Repair completed in 10 minutes. A+ service and responsiveness. I’ve been using them for 7 years. Best in the area!
Customer service has declined tremendously since I last used this company two years ago. They always sound annoyed when answering the phone. The owner and his wife are very rude, unprofessional people and don’t know how to talk to people. Last A/C issue that I had, the tech came out (who I believe was the owner), got up into the attic to look at the air handler and then left without a word. I figured he was grabbing some tools. When I called him an hour later to see what happened he was rude and condescending. He told me he could not access the attic and couldn’t do the job, even though he had just gone up there. It made absolutely no sense. I would not recommend this company at all.

Great small business I found some years ago after calling several AC repair companies. Today they sent Brennan out who listened to what I had to say and repaired my AC without any shenanigans or up sells you get from others. This company is one to TRUST! I guess that's why I keep using them without question. 1st on my list. Please never change. Thanks for the GREAT PERSONAL SERVICE! Today,June 17th I had Patriot AC install an new AC As they gave the best estimate of 3 companies. Dave, Matt, and Bailey arrived early to install my new AC and it only took them 3 hours to complete the job. Dave kept in in the loop as to when my equipment would arrive, great follow up. I would like to thank All of Patriot AC personnel for the GREAT service and value. These guys are fantastic!!!! Highly recommend this Small Business. A++++.
Family ownership and do great work! They do a lot of work in Pasadena cove condominiums. But will travel to other areas. Had an issue on a Saturday called them and they were actually there in an hour! Got me all fixed up just like that 😊
On time, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. They replace our indoor and out door unit in 1 day. Would defines recommend them.
Our air went out and we were told by our current AC company that they couldn't get it running and that we were either looking at a $2500 repair or more likely a new unit. We called Patriot to get an estimate for a new unit to compare prices. Their service tech came out and took a look at the unit even though they were there for an estimate on a new unit. He was able to fix the unit for just the price of a service call, saving us the $2500 repair or the thousands of dollars for a new unit that we were quoted by our regular company. We are so thankful for their honesty and getting to the bottom of our problem. They have a lifelong customer in us now! Highly recommend!
These guys are awesome. They work fast and get the job done. My husband and I had our AC & water heater go out in the same weekend-they were really old-and it naturally had to happen on a r a Friday. We were squeezed in four a service call and they had a reasonable solution for the weekend but were back first thing Monday morning to install a brand new system. Had it done in a little over am hour and working great. I would recommend them. They know what they're doing!

WOW! What a great family owned company!! My mom's A/C went out last night and they did not want to leave the house because both she and my brother are both handicapped. Called Patriot today and they came out and knew exactly what was wrong. Took no time to diagnose the issue! THANK YOU Patriot A/C you are a lifesaver! I am never calling anyone else!
Usually dealing with a/c issues can be a pain and you typically dread the bill afterward. Not this time. Sunday night falls and in this horrible heat the a/c stopped working: ques panic mode. Called Monday morning and immediately got a call setup for same day service - that almost never happens. Thanks Patriot for a quick and painless remedy to our otherwise broken unit. Highly recommend these guys. To the point and quick service fair pricing to boot. You won’t be disappointed, I sure wasn’t !!!
