They were outstanding from the initial call, to the end with install of a new furnace and air conditioner. Our original furnace and AC lasted 46 years before the inevitable signs of failure started to present itself. When I called initially, I left a message. Patrick's was very prompt in calling me back (within and hour). It was a very professional and thorough conversation including the set up of an appointment that same day. The technician was very clear in explaining what was going on with our very old equipment, and made their recommendations, which included suggesting to get other quotes. Very nice! Ultimately we decided to go with Patrick's. The day of installation the team was on-time, professional and efficient, as well as cleaning up the work area afterwards. The time taken to go over everything with us after the install was completed was very helpful. Overall opinion is we highly recommend Patrick's for any of their HVAC needs. An exceptional company by far.
Answered my call right away . Set a time and arrived when she said she would. Evaluated the problem quickly and gave me a fair price . Schedule the work and did the work exactly when she scheduled it and even left the old part that needed to be replaced So that I would know :) I loved everything about my contact with this business and that is very rare in that particular business. Think you for making it so that we can call for heating and air conditioning At the drop of a hat and never think twice about whether or not we are going to get good honest service .
They did extensive repairs to my furnace. They were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They gave me options that were affordable to get me up and running again. I couldn't be happier I chose them out of a list of contractors in my area. I will be using them again and will recommend to everyone!
Patrick's Heating and Air Conditioning is the epitome of professionalism. The owners, as well as their two employees who installed my furnace and air conditioner this weekend, could NOT have been more helpful, hard-working, polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They thoroughly answered all my questions (I know I had way too many! LOL) with the utmost patience and thoroughness. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. You will not be disappointed in supporting this local, family-run business! I am blessed to have chosen them to install my new Carrier unit.

All I can say is that Patrick’s HVAC will be my go to from here on out. Had a major backup in my basement that destroyed my furnace Theresa was out the following day to inspect and quote the repair. I ended up needing a new furnace and she fully explained why, and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was never pushy, and encouraged me to do my research and then call her once I felt comfortable. They got me on the schedule three days later, and the install was a breeze. Roger and another gentlemen who I didn’t catch his name did my install. Begin a new home owner I wanted to see what was being done, and Roger gladly and willingly explained everything so I better understood. Overall, the most pleasant experience ever. You will not go wrong using Patrick’s!
These Guys and Gal's are simply awesome! They came to the resuce with HVAC expertise, provided a very competative quote, and performed beyond expectations, all in a very timely manor! Call them, you will be glad you did.
Locally owned HVAC company that came through 100% for me. Furnance went out 2 days ago. Was able to trouble shoot the problem myself but the fix went beyond my knowledge and my schedule. Patrick's was able to get the part and get here the next day to make sure we had heat. They did an amazing job and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them.

**10 STARS** Absolutely FANTASTIC people to work with and I would never consider using anyone other than Patrick's Heating and Air. I came home today with no heat, and the furnace completely shutdown. Being New Year’s Eve, I called several HVAC companies to try to get someone out as soon as possible. After sever outrageous quotes and limited access to get the proper parts, I was preparing to brace a few cold days without any heat at all. That’s when Patrick’s Heating and Air called back and asked for my address. They arrived within 10 minutes, and were able to get the furnace up and running for the New Year. Unlike the majority of the other companies that wanted a surcharge for coming out on the Holiday, Patrick’s Heating and Air came out at no extensive service charge, helping us out in a very stressful situation. So great full for the hospitality and generosity! Absolutely fantastic people and highly recommended!!!!
NICEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Theresa and Roger were so nice. They didn't dump a bunch of papers on me or 50 options to pick from. Based on the size of our home, vaulted ceilings, and our experience with our old system - they made recommendations on what to do, where it could help to invest more, and where to avoid wasting money. They immediately built trust and I would happily recommend them to my friends and family.
It was a great experience dealing with Patrick’s. They responded to our furnace problem quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Furnace died during near zero temp outside, on a weekend. By Monday I was up and running with new furnace. People who did the work were neat, friendly, cooperative, and didn't complain at all about some challenges they had to overcome to complete the installation. Would call them again next time I needed help without hesitation.
