Patrick’s electric is prompt , professional, and personable. 10 of 10 would recommend!
I called Patrick’s Electric because I needed help setting up my mini-split unit. I had done the whole setup myself (since I had already done it in the past) and my vacuum pump just wouldn’t hold the pressure. Therefore, I knew there was a leak somewhere in the system that I could not find. At that time, the AC was not running and the freon had been stored in the condenser. The two workers who came, right on time, were very nice and very helpful with explaining to me what they where doing and answering my questions for me to understand more about this issue I was facing. In less than an hour, they were done, stating that it should be good to go. We had tested the AC and everything seemed to be running properly. What they charged me was definitely reasonable, honest and in adequacy with their price list. It is the first AC company I hire that doesn’t try to cheat me by over charging me for parts they didn’t use or work they didn’t do. A few minutes after they left, I was cleaning up my tools when I clearly heard a leak coming from the pipes. I looked at the fittings and bubbles were coming out (confirming the leak). Freon had then been released and the whole system was now leaking freon in the environment. The two workers came back shortly after I called the receptionist. I told them my worry about the cost of that second repair, since I had already paid once for something that was supposed to be “good to go”. One of the man called his boss and then told me “not to worry about it”. They then ended up spending two extra hours replacing the fittings, tighten them up with a special paste, adding new freon to the unit, testing the system… and giving me tips on how to take care of my AC for future references. All of this, free of cost. Just as they said. All I can say is that everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you fix them. I called to get a bid. Never heard from them. Cannot even take one minute to call a potential customer. I was told that they do nice work. I was ready to hire someone, but I am not going to wait forever. Two weeks, nothing!

Patrick's Electric is awesome. I've used TWO other electricians. The first electrician did the bare minimum and over charged. The second company repaired the poor work from the first electrician. I used Patrick's Electric to finish up the work because he was recommended by a friend, professional (showed up when he said he would!), skilled, and reasonable. I do not regret my decision.
They were hired by seller to come out and do an inspection of Heat and Air unit on a home that my son was purchasing. Seller paid them 250.00 to do the inspection and result was no problems, this was done on 5-29-2018. My son closed on the home based on their inspection 5-31-2018 only to arrive at home and have no A/C. Called Tina and was told no they couldn't come that day and didn't know if they could come the next day. Told her we needed to know since he signed papers based on their inspection. long story short, getting the run around, He is in process of moving and they will not even give a time someone could possible meet him at the new home. GAVE UP, it's a 100 degrees and we will get someone else out to look at it that has no problem giving us a meet time.!!!!! Thank you for Nothing Patrick's HVAC

I used to work for them. As far as Ive seen, they always put the customers first, always quality work manship, reasonable prices. I wish I still worked there, I maybe played a small roll in that. Yes, try them , good company! 2nd chance s maybe for me! Kevin Robinson.
