This guy is a life saver. Our ac was down. He came out after hours in his personal time and had our unit back up and running in no time.
By far the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever dealt with. Our furnace went kaput the week before Christmas (when it was minus degrees out) and Rex got us a new one within a day at a great price. He responded quickly to any questions and was super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Very professional and prompt. My HVAC guy retired last year and so I was nervous (and a little anxious) while calling local repair companies this morning to fix my furnace. Rex answered the phone, said he could be here in two hours and he was. Repair done quickly and very reasonable. I got a new HVAC guy now! Very happy and highly recommend.
We called Rex to fix what we thought was a blown capacitor, however it ended up being the fan. Was at our home within 45 mintues from initial call, realized it wasnt a capacitor, so he drove to his shop for the correct part and returned within a 1/2 hour. Not only was his service and promptness well above par his price for the repair was more reasonable than one would expect. HIGHLY recommend!

Our AC stopped working yesterday, my wife called Rex and he came out first thing this morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Our unit is working properly now and at a great price! We are very happy with his service and highly recommend him!
I was given a referral from a friend to call Rex at Pataskala Heating and cooling. He answered my call the same day! He came out the very next day! I ordered a larger air conditioner unit and he had it installed within 4 days. He had to make some adjustments to my old furnace so it was able to work at full capacity. I have been so pleased with our new unit. Rex and his son were very professional. Rex explained everything that needed to be done and offered different scenarios that we could go with. Never pressuring me to get the biggest and best, but all the while making me feel comfortable with my choices. Thank you Rex for everything! Janet Welsh
Rex was a Godsend, he was able to come to my house within hours of my first call. The heat was unbearable, I had just moved into my new house so there was a lot of manual labor required with no air conditioning! Rex arrived and explained everything he was diagnosing with my heart pump. In the end, unfortunately the entire unit was ruined. Rex came to the rescue with a used A/C unit, installed it immediately with a plan to save for a new heat pump before winter. Everything was very professional and I have complete trust in his diagnostics. I've recommended the company to several other people since and at least one is getting an entire overhaul of their heating and cooling system because of the companies professionalism and great prices! I highly recommend.
I have used Pataskala Heating and Cooling a few years ago to refill my AC unit and now that my home warranty is up, I will call again if needed for service but they will be doing my checkup for the heating season! I recommended them to a coworker and Rex helped her out greatly and came up with an awesome solution to help her get by for the summer and have time to save for a new unit!
Had a great experience with Rex Smith, Pataskala Heating and Cooling. Called Rex about an air conditioner problem and he was at our house in less than 1/2 hour. He was thorough, professional, informative and friendly as well. His price was reasonable and we were extremely pleased. We would highly recommend him to anyone with HVAC issues.

Owner, Rex Smith, and his associate Logan installed a 3 ton A/C Unit for us. They reacted quickly and were very personable and knowledgeable. A great team to work with. My husband and I would strongly recommend their service. Great price and turn around time. We would use them again.

We called Rex when our air conditioner wouldn't start and he came right out and assessed the situation and gave us options---once we decided on a new air conditioner to replace the old one, he was here the next day to install. He and his son did an excellent job--explained everything and were very personable.
