Paschal is a first rate and experienced company. Their technicians are highly skilled ,friendly and professional. They were able to detect and fix the problems with my furnace over this cold winter. I have been with them for about 5 years and will continue because they are very loyal to their customers!

Paschall Plumbing has been excellent on both occassions We have required their services at the rental We reside in.(Once for an A/C Leak, more recently a Heating issue resolved by Tim). With each occassion both the Administration/Scheduling & Techs themselves have been easy to communicate with, informative, & professionally pleasant. Reliable and on time, they effectively resolve issues while bringing peace of mind. I highly recommend them- to the extent that We would continue to utilize their services if We ever bought another home later on.

Angie and Matt are the "BEST"! "Angie" very professional and efficient with answering my questions and scheduling service call for same afternoon I called. Experienced, Professional, Courteous, Friendly, Dedicated and Committed Technician "Matt" did a GREAT job with 1) replacing failed water faucet with BEST possible replacement from Home Depot after we determined original irreparable, 2) finding and repairing mistake in DIY install of insinkerator which was cause of leak and flooding of cabinet below sink, and 3) installing water heater seismic straps. Matt stuck with these projects until they were DONE quickly, efficiently and effectively! I highly recommend Paschall Plumbing Heating and Cooling based on my experience. I highly recommend this company! I called for issues and noises in my water line or possible leak. I was so surprised that they were able to come out right away within an hour of calling and with a reasonable service fee. When Dawson arrived, he was so pleasant and friendly. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue while offering knowledgeable recommendations. He even went under the muddy/dirty crawl space with a smile. I am very thankful for his service!

Bill fixed a leak from my upstairs bathroom on 12/16/22. He was thorough and detailed with the work. Dawson replaced the wax ring on my downstairs toilet and fixed a leak on 2/8/23. He was very prompt and thorough. He got it done in under an hour.
