We had Ya'll out to diag. our furnace. It went out during the recent ice storm. Response was quick, the repair had us comfortable and warm! And we WILL use you again!
On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one! I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel! Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions. It was after 10pm when he left my sisters house, warm and cozy. Donna and Luke at Straight Shooter saved the day, and the winter for my sister! We just can't thank them enough for the absolute best experience we could have hoped for. They are the best, and the only one we'll ever call now. Thank you - Thank you!

I was amazed with the customer service and quality of workmanship I received. I thought I could get by with just a space heater well, after 2 days I called Straight Shooter Ac and had a complete HVAC system in my house and couldn't be more delighted!!

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!
I’ve had the pleasure of using this company for a couple of my properties. Full replacements and have had them repair stuff from previous hvac contractor. Can’t say ENOUGH good things about them. From initial communication to install. FLAWLESS!!! This company really sets the standard. Thankfull I’ve hired the best out there!
I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. I felt that his pricing was a great value for his services. He explained everything to me and I also learned a few things from him. Very professional. I highly recommend Straight Shooter HVAC.
Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was being installed. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT, and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!
Patti Floyd is EXCELLENT! Explained every detail of the installation and the equipment needed for our all electric AC unit. Very professional and even supplied us portable AC units to keep us cool! I’d deal with her any day as she is honest and very personable.
Straight Shooter Heating and Cooling will be the only hvac company we use moving forward. We recently moved to Azle and wanted an inspection before summer. Caleb came out, performed an inspection and cleaning. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.
Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and probably one of the best prices in dfw. Before closing on our home, we got Straight Shooter out for an inspection. They were quick to come out and it turns out our 20 year old AC system needed to be trashed and was in need of an efficient system before the hot Texas summer takes it out. This company layed out multiple plans that would fit our taste and budget. I highly recommend using them!
