The owner is always nice when he comes and very knowledgeable about what he knows.. I ask questions when he comes!! Lol and he very reasonable and knows his appliances use this company for all my appliances……
My 18 month old refrigerator went out. It was under warranty. The warranty repairman came out. He said it needed a compressor and a filter drier -- and that it would take months to get the drier. The warranty reimbursed me for the purchase price of the fridge. I got a new fridge. I called PartsHub to see if they could get a filter drier and repair the fridge, so I would have two good fridges. The lady at PartsHub was very helpful and up-front. She said the total cost of compressor, drier and labor would be more than I paid for the fridge. Then she recommended dependable brands of refrigerators. Thank you PartsHub.

Repair man walks in. I told him my washing machine has been acting up and what it has been doing. He immediately says, “Sounds like the control board.” He sits on his phone for 5 min looking up the price of a new one and tells me what that would cost plus labor. Almost cost of a new washer. I said, “for that, I’d rather just get a new one.” He says “yeah…well that will be $89 for the diagnostic.” He didn’t pull out a multimeter. He didn’t even try to run the machine. I asked if there was a way to test it, and he said no. No attempts to even try to confirm the problem. I paid $89 for knowledge I already had. My fault for using them. Won’t happen again.
I came to find that they didn't sell just the parts that I was looking for there, but they were awesome enough to turn me on to the parts warehouse in beaumont that they get their supplies from. Awesome people, and if I run into something I can't do myself, I'll definitely be calling them.
Furnace was failing. Not keeping temp. Luke was dispatched and did a great job. Answered questions patiently and completely. Very fair pricing and good work. Fixed problem quickly. Will use Parts Hub going forward.
I tried using another company that told me to throw my lg refrigerator away and get a new one , said its best to go that route , I paid almost 4grand 3yrs ago , did a final check and called Ronald company, came out same day , Ronald gave me a call explaining everything and said the compressor was failing , Ronald order a compressor and put it on and now 24 hours later everything in the refrigerator cold just like Ronald said , this company customer service is the best , I will give this company 100 stars if I can Ronald you are the best
I have used Ron on several occasions in the past couple of years. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. He responds to his calls promptly and never leaves you hanging. You know what to expect cost and timeline of your repair. He even showed up early evening the night before our holiday to make sure we had a working dishwasher for our family Thanksgiving! Above and beyond-great guy! I/we highly recommend!

I have used Parts Hub before and will continue to use them. It will always be a pleasure to have Ron in our house to work on our appliances. He absolutely knows what he is doing, gets the job done efficiently and stands behind his service. He always gets here when he says he will be. We are so glad to have someone we can rely on like Ron and Parts Hub.

So seriously can't make this stuff up...Bought a really nice 1 yr old fridge from a friend of a friend. 700$ Found out he sold me his brother's stolen fridge that he was still paying for! Had to return it,out 700$ plus had to buy another fridge for 500$ got it home and compressor stopped 2 months later! Unfreaking believable! Called Parts Hub and prayed that it was a cheap fix...it was not. But he did try to give me the cheapest price on parts and he even fixed the flap on my icemaker for free and only charged me for part. Kinda like a bonus that made the cost a little less painful. Thanks Parts Hub! I will be referring you to all my family and friends! But hopefully won't need you again any time soon!
Ron is absolutely wonderful at what he does; I have used him a few times for various appliance needs and he always goes above and beyond to fix the problem.
Ronald is an A1 proffesinal, this man really know his appliances. I will never call another appliance repair service than these guys. I called sears, cons, and Frigidaire (the freezer I have) and they all wanted 70$ to 150$ upfront on my card!!!!. That didn't sit well with me, so I called partshub and I wasnt disappointed!!! I had a great experience with PartsHub Appliance Repair. Ron came and had everything with my stove/oven fixed within 30 minutes and we were good to go! Very friendly and customer service oriented. I will be calling if I need any other appliances repaired in the future. Also it was a quick process to get an appointment. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend this company technicians are very knowledgeable and honest with diagnosis and the service was great and I had the pleasure of meeting Ronald the owner and the price was more than fair to me my samsung refrigerator and freezer had to be serviced
These guys are awesome! Super friendly, He explained everything he was doing , he had my dishwasher fixed in less than 30 minutes and the price was more than fair. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
