I can’t recommend this company enough. Jae came out immediately when our AC stopped working during one of the hottest weeks in Atlanta. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and got our AC working again, even though our unit is 30 years ago. He was very patient, explained to me in great detail what the issue was and how he fixed it. His prices are reasonable too. I cannot ask for a more reliable AC company! Fantastic customer service, highly recommend!
My furnace - a/c blower was making funny noises and starting smoking a few hours later. Parkhaus office set an appointment with us on Friday, but couldn’t come til Monday. I called back and got the Owner I asked if he could somehow, anyhow see us sooner. A hot weekend was forecast. He said he would have to see how his Saturday went with his men. Well…. His techs were slammed busy, so the Owner called and came out himself late in afternoon. He had the right parts (he asked for model numbers the day prior so he was prepared). Up and running in an hour or so. Great work, service, and care about the Customer. Hard to find with contractors.
He came on time even early in the morning and his knowledge and experience was able to fix my non-stop running fan issue easily. In addition, he even let me know the parts were still under the warranty and he filed the claim to the company for me so I did not have to pay for the parts. Once the parts were delivered, he came out to my place on the same day and fixed the issue. I will definitely reach out to him if I have an issue with my hvac unit again.
I've used Parkhaus twice now. Once to repair the furnace and once to repair our AC. In both cases they replied quickly, showed up on time, and performed the repairs at a fair rate. The AC went out during a summer heatwave and Parkhaus quoted me a fraction of the price one of their large, well known Atlanta competitors had quoted. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They will absolutely be my first call for any issues in the future.
