So in feburary 2019 we had our dryer repaired, it was 65 dollars just to tell me this little silver part was broken and it needed to be ordered, next they came out to fit the part another 180, just for a lil part I looked on line that was 14.50 which took them I total of 20 min to do! They jippeed me, Now the dryer once again issssssss broken different part that is right next to the otheeeeerr silver part which again i looked on line and is only 26 and want to charge me over 180 to do it! They are rip offffs!
Think twice if you are considering calling them. My refrigerator was cooling. I called them cause the front panel lights were blinking. They told me it was a charge of 59 for the diagnose, taking that money out of the total bill if it’d be fixed. Which I told them to do. The final work was a bill of 380.00. When asking about the discount of the diagnose they told me it was done . That is, the grand total was nothing less than 439.00 Waaaayyyy too much. NO,DEFINITIVELY , I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM.
Came out same day I called to diagnose the problem with my washer. Said had to order the part which would be here by Monday. This was Thursday. No call on Monday. Called them no answer, left message and sent email no response. Called again and no answer or call from them. Have used them in the past and they were great to bad they have gone down hill. Don’t bother calling they are not reliable a waist of money. Have now called some one else. If they could not fix it just should of been honest!!
The phone they give for residential is disconnected smh
This company is knowledgeable, efficient, professional, honest and much more. My front load washer was leaking, he found the issue quick and easy. He came back a couple days later when the part came in and fixed it. He was on time every time he came to my home. Very nice guy!! I would refer them 100% to any and everyone! Great prices also!!
The service was prompt and courteous and the pricing was quite reasonable. Jonathan did a great job and we would hire them again if we ever need something fixed.
Service was exceptional called last night after 6pm they had someone out today at the time that was most convent for me. Tech called when he was on his way did the repair quick and efficient! Will use the company again especially like the 90 day warranty!

My repairman was very polite, professional and courteous. Showed me what/why repair was needed. Performed the task efficiently, and cleaned up after himself after going ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me with cleaning out the lint and debris behind the front panel. Impressed with price and service!!

My fiancé and I are impressed. The technician was fast and friendly. When the replacement part finally arrived, the we missed the call and they left a voice mail telling us: 1) the part came in, 2) we'd like to schedule you for tomorrow at 10am, and 3) if you don't have time to call us back, text us at 661-XXX-XXXX to let us know if that time works for you. When it was time for my appointment, the technician called 20 minutes before arriving and then arrived when he said he would. Also, the technician would not take any money, he very kindly excused himself to take care of his next call and told me that I would receive a bill by email... The bill arrived within 10 minutes. This company is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They use technology like text messaging and email billing to make my life easier. I will absolutely be using them again!
I enjoyed my experience with paramount, the repair did not take long which was nice because i had a doctors appointment that i wanted to arrive early for.
