I just had the Palmdale Keep Cool Air technician to my house today, and he fixed my leaking water line in my fridge in just an hour. He set an appointment, called again to confirm it the day of the appointment, and showed up on time. Which I felt was happy and contented with. I would definitely use him again.
Air conditioner becomes your best friend on a hot summer day. I regretted not taking care of my broken device before summer. I called these guys in to fix my unit outside. Not only they fixed it within 30 minutes, they also cleaned the whole system so I would not have any more trouble. Thank you for a wonderful service.
I called this company when my air conditioning system broke down. I was pretty desperate as it was extremely hot outside but they were very helpful and reassuring to me. They asked me some basic questions first to help narrow down the problem and then sent out a technician. A set time was given to me and they arrived on schedule. The technician was polite, diagnosed and fixed the fault very quickly and before long I was back to having comfortably cooled air. I would absolutely use them again if any future problems arise.
It's a rainy season here and the humidity is all time high and to make the matter more worse, our AC was not cooling the room. We called the company. Company engineer was very knowledgeable and polite. Not only the engineer fixed the cooling issue But also told us some useful and simple tricks to keep the room cool in a shorter duration and for longer periods. That was really helpful. Now our AC is giving the optimum performance in all weathers (Hot, rainy Season etc.). I was very satisfied with the company service and would strongly recommend the same to others.
What a terrible day for our HVAC system to fail us. It's 90+ degrees outside! Thankfully we were able to find a reliable HVAC repair company in our phone book. The man was here in less than half an hour to fix our unit. He worked so quickly and quietly that we forgot for a moment he was even there. When all was finished, we were so pleased with our service that we even gave him a tip! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone experience HVAC problems during this hot summer break!

A homes HVAC systems are so important but these complicated mechanical monsters fall well beyond my home handyman repair ability. When the ac/heater motor started making a horrible shrieking sound I knew it was time to call in the pros. They were able to squeeze me in to the very next day after I called which I was so grateful about. The technician showed up to our house on time and was very professional . He thoroughly tested and checked everything out then spent the time to go over what was going to be fixed with my wife and I, explaining each step in detail and going over why it was necessary. Took hardly any time at all, so pleased with the service, and everything works perfectly!
I finally turned the central air conditioning on this week, after the summer heat became unbearable. However, there was a bad smell from the air conditioner. I called the ac service company as I was unable to repair it and did not know the cause. The air conditioning company sent the service person to my home the next morning -- what an uncomfortable night it was! The service person was able to fix the broken air conditioner quickly and efficiently. Despite the overnight delay, this is truly the best air conditioning company as in the past I have had to wait far longer for ac repair service.
This company was by far one of the most helpful I've found in the HVAC industry. The service was prompt, meticulous, and their customer service was praiseworthy. I called in for a broken Air Conditioner after mine stopped working well. I'm pleased to say that they arrived just in time! They cleaned out the central AC unit, cleaned the duct, and finally managed to identify the problem - a spoil air-conditioning compressor. Upon their advice, I had it replaced. They left me with my Air Conditioner in practically brand new condition. Kudos to the repair team for prompt and professional service!
I am incredibly please with the service I received. My air conditioner unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. An air conditioning repair tech came out promptly and looked over the air conditioning system thoroughly. He found my air conditioning compressor was out so, he replaced it and even did a quick duct cleaning. The price was very reasonable and the tech was very friendly. I will use this company again.
When my water heater stopped working, I visited the guys at Palmdale Keep Cool Air and spoke to Andre, who was very polite and informative. We discussed a price in the store to have my water heater repaired but when the technicians came they had to do a replacement instead. I thought it would have been a lot more expensive but it turns out it wasn't. What a relief! I highly recommend Palmdale Keep Cool Air
When I was looking for a reliable air conditioning company I looked everywhere. Online, I asked people, and even search the phone book. We recently needed service from this HVAC company. We recently purchased our home and wanted our air ducts cleaned, and also our air conditioner and furnace checked over to make sure everything was in working order, as one never knows the true situation of appliances when you first purchase a home. This company did a fantastic job. Our technician was knowledgeable and kind, and helped us understand when and how to have our systems serviced to keep everything at optimum efficiency. He even recommended other services such as central air duct cleaning annually, to ensure allergens are kept at a minimum. Thank to these guys for prompt attention, and excellent customer service. We will certainly be repeat customers, as well as telling people about your great service. We look forward to seeing you for our duct cleaning next year!
I recently contacted this company. I was unsure what was the best option in terms of repair or purchasing a new system so I figured it would not hurt to get the unit looked over. They sent a technician out the very next day. He arrived on time and was professional. After opening up the unit and searching for the problem, he approached me with good news. The problem was not major and was worth to fix. I was very happy to hear this. He provided me with a quote and a guarantee fix date. The next day he came back and within an hour, my AC was working and my house was cooler. These guys honored their quote and charged no hidden fees for their services. I was very happy and recommend them to anyone in need of AC help. I believe that this company is the best HVAC company!
Thanks to these guys for wonderful services and employees. With all the crazy weather we have here in my region it helps to know that there are people who actually still care about helping others. My air conditioner broke during the worst of the summer while I was out on vacation and I was so worried about trying to get it fixed when I was across the country. I called several places and was not able to find many willing to help with such a tight schedule or who were willing to deal with a neighbor instead of the actual homeowners. Not only did they ease my fears about getting it fixed in no time they also were very reasonable priced and I will now use them every time for all my heating and cooling repair! HVAC repairs or Central Air Conditioning installment doesn't have to be scary or frustration when dealing with these guys.
I had such a good experience with this company recently. I just bought a new house, had the home inspector and everything. But within a couple months- when it got cold, the heater would turn on for a minute and then it would just stop- and repeat this over and over. I had no idea what I was looking at when I went into the attic. I called them out to repair my ac unit and found that they were really professional and knowledgeable in finding and diagnosing the faulty part in the AC unit. Their service was quick and to the point and their price was reasonable. I highly recommend them.
