I interviewed with eight companies who specialize in installation and maintenance of AC systems. Several of those I interviewed believed that their desires were far more important than mine. I found more talkers than I did listeners. Don't get me wrong; I did find a few that took the process seriously and made efforts to meet the needs I identified. Of those I talked with; three stood out as companies I could be confident in during the transaction. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to show their concern for our wants and needs. Their final proposal was not only thorough and focused on our desires; it was very competitively priced without leaving out necessary components or services. Paladin was quick in delivering and installing the system we wanted. The entire experience was very positive. Professional and personable are accurate words to describe his technicians and their dedication. We are extremely satisfied with our choice and will happily share our experience with those interested in discussing an excellent melding of a new customer and a very serious supplier of services and systems!

Darren was very prompt when we requested a quote, as our AC system broke in June. He was able to install an entire new system, AC and Heating, the very next day. Darren and his two sons were quick, professional and very respectful of our home. They provided an excellent price and service. Recently, we realized the heat was not working properly, it was the first time we turned it on. I texted Darren and he came to fix the problem the very same day. We are very happy to have chosen Paladin MFG and highly recommend them. Thanks Darren!
The a/c unit in our home started to show signs it was going to need to be replaced and we began the process of seeking bids through HomeAdvisor. Jodi called us immediately to introduce their family business, Paladin Mfg/Construction, and offer any assistance. No pressure just asked questions to determine what our needs and preferences were. Our son lives in this house and my husband and I live out of town. Darren and Jodi made arrangements to meet our son to check our old system and what our replacement needs would be. They came on a Sunday to accommodate his schedule (who does that?) Amazing! The expected happened, of course, on a hot August day! I called mid-morning on Wednesday and the next morning Darren and his sons were at the house installing a new unit. This involved Jodi making many calls to my son and myself, as well as the dealer to order all the necessary components for the unit we chose. She went well above and beyond for us. Darren followed up the next day with our son to check how the unit was working. Also, to let him know he wanted to be at the house the first time he turns the heating unit on. Over the years, we have replaced systems in two other homes and have never had this level of customer service. Friendly, conscientious, thoughtful of our needs and what we wanted. The follow-up has been great, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them for the maintenance of this new system. Nancy and John.
In all services, Paladin went above and beyond in satisfying my personal and rental problems. Day or night they were on the job, always proactive, courteous and prompt. Absolutely dependable.
