Needed to repair dryer that was running but not heating up. I insisted on tech using OEM parts ONLY and was assured of the same. Only positive experience was that the tech arrived on time. Cons: 1. This company isn't an appliance repair company and lacks basic understanding of electronic circuits. Couldn't diagnose the problem after 45mins of taking the dryer apart until I directed him to check the thermostat and heating element. 2. Was on the phone having a casual conversation for most the time. Spent about 3hrs taking dryer apart without any results. 3. Though I insisted on tech using OEM parts multiple times, turns out he had installed generic parts. I had to stop the repair work after about 3hrs and no results and decided to pay him a couple hundred dollars for time spent and useless parts. I had to overnight genuine OEM parts from electrolux and pay a certified tech to remove all generic parts and install the OEM parts. Took the tech 45 mins in/out to diagnose and replace all three parts: thermistor, thermostat, and heating element. Problem fixed but cost me twice as much and much wasted time. I do not recommend this company for appliance service.

Called for A/c service and boy it was hot. They came out and got the unit working quick. The pricing was good too.
