This past Saturday 5/13/2023, I had an appointment with Padro Air, LLC to come to my house at 8:00 AM and they got here at 7:50 AM. They were super professional, they left all of the area were they stood clean and organized. Padro Air, LLC is very reliable and I recommend it to everyone with my eyes closed because they have not blemish in their service and on the AC products they install. Thank you Padro Air, LLC! See you in 6 months for maintenance!

Over a year ago, I used a tune up coupon and the company advised that I had a leak and needed to replace my system. The unit then made more noise than it did previously. I had about 5 companies come out to assess and try to sell me on a new system. During that time, I took to Nextdoor (because the replacement estimates were all over the place) and someone suggested Alberto. I called him and he came out the very next day. As a new (female) homeowner who knows nothing about home repair, I get a lot of horror stories because everything is going to blow up unless I spend thousands of dollars and fully replace everything in this house. And because I don't know any better, I've been taken advantage of. I was rather impressed with Alberto because he did not do that. He was clearly knowledgeable/experienced and agreed that I would eventually have to replace the system. Difference is, he offered a rather inexpensive repair alternative. He also gave me estimates (that were far more reasonable than I received previously) because it was unclear how long the system would last. He wasn't pushy and no scare tactics. To be clear, only one of the companies that came out before him suggested repair and at a ridiculous price. My system is still thankfully running. Flash forward, I called him yesterday, he came out today, did a tune up and I'm hoping to get some more time out of my system. That level of service is so hard to find these days. I will continue to use him for all my AC service needs.

Called for estimate came in 3 days . Called night before to confirm. Showed up exactly on time Professional, courteous and NOT condescending which most are. Gave us estimate called two days later and he installed new unit within three days. Called few days later to make sure everything was fine. Great company great people to work with! I tell all my clients on siesta key how great he is to work with.

We had contacted Padro Air for an estimate for a new air conditioner. Alberto came out the same day and gave us several options that we could choose for different seer ratings. After getting several other estimates from different companies we contracted Padro for the new system. Padro Air was competitively priced and scheduled the install right away. The permitting and inspection were seamless and the entire project was done quickly. I would highly recommend using Padro Air as it is a small local company with with excellent customer service.
