Trustworthy. I was already moving forward with a $9k project with them, but the person in charge of my project reviewed my plans and recommended a different route, which will probably SAVE ME $8k (will update review if untrue). They've done other HVAC work for me, and the techs are always professional and competent, but this level of INTEGRITY had to be made known. They deserve my business, and then some.
This place shouldn't have a star at all. What a joke of a Co. They steal from their own employees. And when the owners mess up they hide from their client. Very childish. Their customers come to their business address only to find out that they just left after they mess up on pretty much all their jobs that they personally sell only to blame the tech for their failures
Package Unit Pros did HVAC maintenance services for us. They were accountable, and their staff was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again when we need this type of service.
