Quality of work was fantastic. Quick install of two water pumps/furnaces. Price was reasonable. My new ‘go to’ for anything heating/cooling related.

Jay & Jose came by and they were very upfront and honest with what needs to be done with our system. They were careful and thorough. Sam also came by to do the estimate afterwards and was very helpful and explained to me in detail about the work we will be having done.
Good customer services warrants appreciation. Unfortunately, many take good customer service for granted and do not thank the person who helped them with a service, information or situational need. I am well aware that complimenting those that offered exceptional service can make a huge difference. I would like to commend one of your technicians. I could not have been more impressed with Mr.Firooz Hafizy professionalism and demeanor. He had a wonderful warm, helpful disposition. I explained the heating/cooling issues I was encountering. There never was a sense of being rushed or pressured. He proceeded in to the attic area and made some corrections. I was fortunate to have met Mr. Hafizy. He was attentive, offered options and again was always helpful. I may sound as if I am repeating myself but the service Mr. Hafizy offered was exceptional. This issue was important to me because my small grandchildren visit me from out of the area. The issue we encountered made it difficult. Mr. Hafizy thank you for being patient and understanding. Pacific Air should be proud to have you as a excellent technician with outstanding customer service skills. Vic Karazija
The techs were awesome but overall have concerns about how well the tolls could clean all of the vents.
The technician- Sam was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided amazing customer service! I am impressed by his knowledge and dedication!
I plan on using this business as soon as I make the correction to my roof that Mark is recommending before he can clean up my attic.
