I just finished with Steve and thought he was great! He was very friendly, personable, and thorough. We had multiple companies come out, and he was the best, as far as, customer service. In addition, he spent time answering all my questions in detail and went through multiple options we had, and fixed a minor issue while he was inspecting the furnace for free, that no one else caught. I don't believe they're the cheapest, about 10% more vs what I was quoted from other companies, but I do like the fact that he seemed more knowledgeable than the other companies. I haven't hired him yet, as I am reviewing more companies, but if I do, I will update my review.
PACIFIC ENERGY SYSTEMS CLG & HTG IN's Steve Lawber owner of their company has a very poor business attitude and listener. I have set up appointment with Steve about three days ago for a AC install. I spent 1 full hours speaking with him about the AC installation and show him the whole house. But he was more interested to talk about his father, his kids and etc more than my AC. He was also too busy trying to sell me a heat pump on my gas furnaces than the AC. By the end of the appointment, he left with I will get back to you with a quote shortly,. He didn't even tell me what units he had in mind for my house. I left with a good intention of maybe he will put everything in the quote for me to choose from. But NO!! Three days later, I got a quote from him was based on a heat pump installation. When I called to confront with Steve, he said " oops, well good luck I guess". My question for you is how do you stay in business PACIFIC ENERGY SYSTEMS CLG & HTG IN with a such poor listening skills and business attitude? Don't even bother answering, because my review will carry on forever to remind of those who are looking for a good dealer to STAY AWAY!
