Repair man was nice, but had no idea really what he was doing. They charge me over $500 for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend them.
Was having a hard time getting a hold on any AC vendor to do a maintenance check via Yelp or emailing vendors I found on Google Maps. After two weeks, decided to just pick up the phone and got contacted a vendor called Wise Choice Heating and AC I found on Google Maps but they explained that they merged with Pacific Coast Heating and AC. They were able to send someone out the next day which was great as it was going to get hot soon. Craig came out and did a thorough check. It seems like everything was working fine but using a laser thermometer, he saw that the air wasn't as cold as it should be. He went back up and saw that the freon was low. We haven't had it checked in 8 years. After the recharge, the air coming out of our vents is icy cold and should be more efficient cooling our unit. Craig was professional and helpful with advice on things we can do to keep our AC running smoothly. We'll definitely have them come out next June!

This company is provide an excellent service they communicate with customer from schedule appoint for service (AC turnup), found problem with leaking issue, and problem prevention.
Pacific Coast was professional and courteous throughout the entire process (from the initial call scheduling the appointment to completing the servicing). A good company has good leaders, a great company has good leaders and good field workers…this is a great company. Victor was a pleasure to work with; aside from his great personality, he applied a great deal of care and effort in fixing our issue. It feels good to know that there are still companies out there that care about doing good business.
When my hot water heater started leaking, I searched the internet for repair recommendations. I chose Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning. Wow, did I get lucky! One Technician of Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning showed up the day I called him. He replaced my 18-year-old water heater. Albert was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him for any hot water heater repairs you might need.

Fantastic company My water heater, which was on the third floor, was replaced. extremely professional Very neat! Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. Additionally, during times of covid, they remained aloof and continuously donned masks. And after I called a number of businesses, they provided me the most reasonable and straightforward quote. Without a doubt, I'd suggest them. Thanks you.
