I had 3 outside hose spigots that were leaking when the water was turned on. I bought the parts from home depot for $87 each. I decided against doing it myself when I couldn’t verify that they were screw on or welded. I set an appt with Pace plumbing for today. When I got home my wife showed me the invoice. They charged us $550 to replace each one. After all the fees the bill was $1832.78 cents for two hours of work. Mike Rowe is correct; don’t send your kids to college when they can charge over $700/hr as a plumber. Your in luck If you have a friend on the East Coast that’s a plumber. My advice would be to fly your friend in for all expenses paid trip to Spokane for the weekend with the only stipulation that he fix your hose bibs. It would be cheaper and you get to see your friend. Never again

We hired Pace to replace a water line that had failed in multiple places with the initial estimate at over $10,000. As they started work, they saw a way that might save us money and fix the problem. It worked, and the cost was about $9,000 less than expected. They may not have made as much on this one project, but Pace has our next job. They are definitely our new Go-To for plumbing and where we will refer our friends.

Riley did a thorough excellent job fixing our older Koehler toilet. He knew where to order parts, saved us money, fixed the toilet all in good time and at a fair price. We’ll certainly use Pace again!

I completely recommend Pace plumbing! I had a simple leak in my basement, but was in a very difficult area to work on and involved 80-year-old pipes. One company was confident but didn't like the work space so raised the quote to to $2k because of that. The second company called it the "worst case scenario" and had a big elaborate plan for a fix. They were very negative and expected the worst to happen, so quoted $5k with more charges if anything else went wrong. I almost went with the first guy after hearing the second, but instead called in Pace for one last look. Riley came by the next day and was completely confident, positive and looked for the most efficieint fix while touching the least amount of piping. That strategy plus their pricing structure led to a quote just under $300! A week later, he came by and it went smoothly, quickly and was resolved and priced as quoted. Not to mention he was extremely considerate as a worker inside someone's home. A+ service! absolutely recommended!

We discovered our hose bib was leaking and the forecast is for very cold temps. We called Pace Plumbing and we were able to get an appointment before the temps dropped. We had used them before and had trust in their work. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We will use them again.

Riley with Pace Plumbing diagnosed a leaking faucet and discovered in the process that our main water shut off valve was broken. Could have been a disaster in the future! He coordinated with the City to shut off water main and quickly fixed both problems. He was efficient, professional and showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend Riley and Pace Plumbing.

Shocking, wreckless driving from one of their white male drivers. I was in an Uber and he refused to let the driver into a merging lane, so that the Uber driver had to drive into the wrong lane into oncoming traffic. He then kept swerving infront of the Uber driver when he changed lanes and endangered both my life and the Uber drivers life. Disgusting behavior. You should fire this person.

They replaced our water main. They did an absolute best job!

Riley did high quality, quick work for me. He replaced my dead water heater, then on a return visit, replaced my leaking water shut off and replaced plumbing to a hose bib that had no shut off and always leaked. I'm pleased with the help.

Unbelievable Experience, Sump Pump failed called plumbers for a week and everyone said the same three things, 1. Pump is shot and needs to be replaced, 2. It's very expensive, 3. I don't have time to do it. I then called Pace, they were here same day, said pump was fine its a switch problem, showed us an easy workaround and cam back 2 days later and repaired switch, fraction of the cost of a new pump. Prompt, courteous and dependably honest. Gosh what a relief!

I needed to have the main shut-off valve replaced as the old one wouldn't turn off all the way. My usual plumber wasn't available so based on reviews I chose Pace. Riley arrived as scheduled for the estimate and the work. He explained what had to be done and did it efficiently. Their price was a little higher than what I was expecting but It was worth it to get it taken care of quickly and professionally.
