This company Paul Guyette who is the owner came out to our house because he was hired by amerihome sheild to come out and fix our air-conditioning problems. He came out and looked at our a/x and said he needed to order parts and would be back to fix it when the parts came in. That was six months ago and since then he has not answered for us or amerihome sheild. He has many reviews on the internet starting that he has done this many times before to other customers leaving them without heat or a/c for months. If this is how he is gonna run a business then he needs to give up his license.
My home warranty people gave me this as my vendor. For an entire week, no call ,no text. Nothing. When warranty cs called the vendor, the response was " yes, of course, i will call tomorrow " or i will see them tomorrow " So no never heard or saw anything from him. Or any one else . So if you want prompt service, a call back, or an honset answer, this is not your service. . -5 starts. Horrible. Not professional at all. Just a bad experience all around. As for his ability to do his work?? I wouldn't know.
If I could give these people a -5 stars I would. Paul came to look at my air conditioner at the request of my home warranty company. He said I needed a new blower motor and he would order it. It has been three weeks and I’ve heard nothing from him. There has been absolutely no response to multiple calls and emails. Today is one of dry few days below 100 degrees and I have been unable to stay in my house for all his time. DO NOT USE this company if you want good service and someone who will answer your calls.

This guy is no good stay away I paid in full on a job and he ran off leaving me hanging gave me all kinds of stories told me he put 5 ton units he put 4 ton unit instead I paid for heat strips on 3 units he didnt put any of them I repeat this guy is no good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He blocked me on social media and my phone number
“If” you can get Paul to call you back you’ll be lucky! I understand if you’re busy, but just don’t ignore a return customer when it’s 90 degrees in their house. Paul, you’ve lost a customer and I will NOT be recommending you to anyone. Just remember word of mouth can be the best or worst advertisement.
Quick to respond. Took care of problem at a fair price.
