We came back from vacation to our storage room flooded from our hot water tank. We called Alex and he came over later that day and showed us what was wrong (braided steel hose leak), and just let us know we could fix ourselves, which we did. He didnt charge us for stopping by which was amazing. Then the hot water heater wouldnt kick back on and Alex came back by and found the ignitor needed replaced which he did immediately. Problem solved fast and above my expectations. Great guy and amazing service!

I called Alex on a holiday when my air conditioner was not working. He came to my house within an hour, immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it, and I had air-conditioning again on a very hot day. I would highly recommend P S Cool Heat.

Alex is a great guy. Quite funny too. I recently called him for trouble with my furnace (A/C only no demand for heat). We experience a power bump that took out our residential heater among other things. Alex was able to troubleshoot with me over the phone. He isolated the issue to the thermostat. I replaced it and he saved me a ton of money and headache. It's amazing the stress of two days without heat will create. 5 star service. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

Alex and his team were great. I needed to replace my AC and I initially had a competitor give me an *insane* quote (5 figures) to replace my 2 lb unit. Alex came as a referral from a friend at work and his price was extremely reasonable. He was able to schedule me within days. His crew was clean and professional. They didn’t speak much English, but they seemed to know a lot about air conditioners (which is all that matters). I will certainly keep him in my phone for my HVAC needs! Replacement of a very old furnace in a very old home, with addition of AC: skilled, efficient work, responded thoroughly to my many questions. Alex and his crew seem very knowledgable, skilled and creative with their HVAC work in a challenging setting.

I've done Whole house humidifier installation from P S COOL HEAT. The process is smooth and installation is pretty professional.

We woke up Sunday to a 54 degree house, as our furnace stopped working. We called a couple places we knew of and one couldn't see us until Tuesday, the other wanted to charge an egregious amount for coming out on a Sunday. We called PS Cool Heat and Alex first stepped us through some possible reasons and fixes (on the phone!), and when those didn't work he came, solved the problem, and charged a very reasonable fee. Needless to say we'll be using PS Cool Heat for all of our AC/heating needs from now on. Thank you Alex!!!

Installed steam humidifier and I love it.

Had another HVAC company come to my house and charge me $500 to fix a safety switch on my furnace. Not only did that not fix the problem they told me they couldn't fix it and tried to upcharge me for a new unit. Alex and his team professionally inspected my unit, found out it was a huge safety hazard and installed a new unit within a day at a very fair price. Highly recommend this company.

LIFE SAVERS! On a snowy cold day in February, I came home from work and realized that my furnace was not working and my house temperature was dropping quickly around 5pm. I panicked and called PS Cool/Heat. Alex picked up the phone instantly and stayed on the phone/FaceTime with me as he walked my through every possibility to fix it. After about 1.5 hours later we resolved this issue over the phone and my furnace was back up and running! I don’t know what I would have done without his responsiveness and willingness to help me that late on a snowy night. Beyond grateful! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Alex was great! I called him on a Sunday at 10:00 am due to my furnace only blowing cold air, he was at my home by noon. Had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Alex is the greatest! He came over the same day I called when it was below freezing the day before Christmas Eve! He saved Christmas at my house. He’s always friendly, fair, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He’s my go to for anything cooling and heat related! He also fixed my air conditioner back in 2019 when temperatures were high. The team came to install the steam humidifier. The team knew what they are doing. They worked on the electric panel and installed the 240V and installed the humidifier. They were thorough and did some good quality work.
