Long story short they have been to my house 5 times since August for the same problem. Each time with a new diagnosis and each time a different part to repair but within a month (last time 1 hour) the problem resurfaces. I have spent roughly $250 for each visit. The last time a technician came out (he literally called himself the AC Doctor) he told me it was a pressure switch and when I asked the question "what happens when I give you another $250 and it breaks in an hour " he stated that he knew this time this was the problem when I replied thats what you said last time he stormed off throwing his hands in the air, got in his truck and took off. I waited a couple hours and called the office and asked to speak to a manager and I was directed to a answering machine, I left a message and even though it has been over a week now I have not gotten a phone call back. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I tried to continue my business with them even after they repeatedly falsely fixed my unit then when confronted with a rightly aggrevated customer they accept defeat and ignore the problem...
Good service. Even in the rain. Fast and to the point with assessment. Things cost money thats a part of life but the price seemed fair to me.
Knowledgeable and stands behind their work. Won't sell you more than what is needed. The equipment they sell and install is what they use in their own homes.

Had Shannon visit my site for an estimate. Called back 4 times and never received a call or estimate. Tried to support local business, but I guess they weren't interested. Waste of my time.
Shane came out to our home in Mount Pleasant this a.m., a few hours earlier than scheduled. Fixed a minor adjustment that was causing a major pain. Drainage line clogged, causing drain pan to fill up and system to automatically shut off. He's always sooo nice and professional and I highly recommend them for everything.
Excellent customer service. Returned all calls promptly, showed up on time and completed job on time. Friendly, courteous staff. Recommend for all heating and air needs.
