You would be extremely lucky if you found Propp Heating and Air by accident like I did. You will not find a better price and if you do there is no way you’ll get better customer service. Philip is awesome. He took the time to explain to me all that I should be aware of with HVAC as a home owner. He came on short notice and it was all a breeze with no hassle. This guy is trustworthy. My house is loving the refurbished unit! 5 star experience hands down.

The gentleman who was out today was AWESOME! P.A Propp Heating and Air saved me a ton of money on a new HVAC system for my basement. I had several quotes and despite being one of the most competitively priced quotes he seemed to be the most trustworthy. Let me start out by saying Philip is like the HVAC Whisperer. For 10+ years we have been searching for a Heating & Air company that can keep our house cool. We invested 6k in a new unit a few years ago but it was never quite right. Philip came highly referred by a neighbor and worked his magic. Not only did he fix it, he explains everything in detail. No band aid approach with Philip, he fixes the issue. His knowledge and passion for the business is awesome. We recently called on Philip again for a new unit for our first floor and the house has never felt more comfortable. His knowledge, service, work ethic and price point are as good as it gets. We know we could call Philip any time, and day of the week and he would get over here to help us out. On top of all this he is a great guy with nothing but positive energy. Philip Propp is truly a HVAC EXPERT. His knowledge of available market place equipment has saved me and my family members not hundreds but thousands of dollars!! Unlike large TV type "Good Old Guy" HVAC Companies Phillip really tries his best to sell you what you need, not what makes him the most money.. He replaced two (2) of my 15 year old systems for thousands less that other quotes. I have had HVAC equipment in my numerous homes over the last 40 years, so I do know a good deal when I see it. If you want honest answers and quality HVAC cooling or heating equipment Philip is the man to find.
Philip just replaced two of our HVAC units. He did an excellent job. He gave us an accurate and detailed quote. The installation when exactly as he explained it would. Philip along with his staff were courteous and put things down on our flooring to protect it. Our new HVAC units work better than I could have imagined. I can feel the cold air in rooms I never used to! Our house can finally keep up with the temp we like to keep it at. Philip is fast to respond, answer questions, and is very accommodating with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend him!!!
