Aaron, and Otter Air were top notch assistance with our AC unit that went out the Friday of 4th of July weekend! He was super quick and communicative, and followed up with me every day! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for quick, professional, as reasonably priced assistance with their HVAC needs.
Aaron provided amazing service. He showed up to my house within hours of contacting him, assessed the problem with my current AC for free and had a new, fairly priced unit installed for me by that afternoon. I highly recommend Otter Air for quality and reliable service at a great price!
Otter Air is a LIFESAVER. Being a local company they understand the importance of having a working AC in the hot Arizona summers. Not only were they incredibly responsive, but my AC was diagnosed and fixed all within the same day. Way faster than working with a home warranty company and their prices are more than fair. Aaron even took the time to explain everything along the way and taking pictures of my unit, so I could make an informed decision on next steps. 10/10 recommend Otter Air for fast and reliable service with knowledgeable folks.

Aaron was great. They came and replaced the capacitor within an hour and they charged a very reasonable price.
I was staying in an Airbnb in Scottsdale and the AC went out Otter Air came almost immediately and were fast efficient and extremely professional. If you live in Arizona I highly recommend them

This company is a sack of lying people who just want to take advantage of people during this az heat tried to charge us $1000 for $400 reversing valve solenoid, $500 for a dual run capacitor, & last $400 for a cleaning coil fee that usually cost $60-$80 the most it’s ridiculous how they told me it’s ok if you don’t have the money you can write us a Google review it’ll help us get more clients yeah no wonder Google removed your guys ads for being a scamming company. I also got another company come & tell me that they really tried to rip us off it’s ridiculous

Aaron and Anthony came to get my air conditioner ready for the summer and they were great! Not only were they on time, but they were so personable, and I trusted them both immediately! They found MANY things wrong with my AC unit that the previous AC company did not tell me. Thank God they came when they did before the summer heat. CALL THIS NEW COMPANY--you will be HAPPY you did!
I wasn't satisfied with the bigger company I had been using. I scheduled with Otter thru Angi. The guys were awesome. Answered all my questions, addressed my initial concern, showed me pictures & explained why things needed attention & did the work quickly. They pointed out things the bigger company didn't even mention. Very thorough & more personal. They even answered quickly when I had a follow question after they left. Very happy I found them!

Heating system stopped working. They showed up within a couple hours after calling them. Very knowledgeable and thorough in their initial troubleshooting and diagnosis. Turned out to be bad wiring that had taken out some components. The job took some time and expertise to address and they got it done within a very reasonable time given the complexity. Kept us informed throughout the repair process. Highly recommend them and will be my go-to for future repairs.
Called Otter Air Heating and Cooling after being told by a large commercial company that my whole unit needed to be replaced. Not only were they able to quote me for a whole unit a lot lot less but when they came out they were able to fix my unit completely and said there was no need for a replacement. So grateful for their honesty and expertise especially during the holiday times. They were quick to come out and explained everything to me. They will now be my go to call and who I recommend to family and friends.
Anthony & Aaron were awesome! it was obvious they knew what they were doing, as they fixed my issue within minutes! Very friendly, were able to fit me in the same day, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely use them again for my future a/c & heating needs!
