I was so pleased and appreciative that he was willing to talk to me on the phone about my issue and offer suggestions for what I could try on my own. I was honestly impressed that he wasn't just looking to make money off me but rather wanted to help me with my issue. I am definitely going to keep him in mind for any future needs.
We can’t thank Dimitrios enough for the service he provided to repair our air conditioning unit. We had thought it was going to be a total loss but he came out to our home after hours and repaired it quickly!! He thorougly explained what was wrong and how he was fixing it. Reasonably priced too. We truly don’t know what we would have done without Dimitrios who saved the day in this 100 degree day in CT!!
Dimitri was extremely knowledgeable and not only fixed the problem but explained how we can maintain and avoided future problems. Extremely reasonably and very professional. We highly recommend and will only be using Otis for our heating and cooling repairs. Thank you Otis and Dimitri for coming out so quick to help our family so quickly.

I contacted about half a dozen HVAC companies when my furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. Otis Mechanical wasn't just the company with the quickest response, but Dimitri asked some questions, asked for pictures, and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone so he could go get the parts needed before showing up to my house. But that's not the most impressive aspect of Otis Mechanical's customer service. When Dimitri arrived, he presented a few options, explaining each in detail and, was even able to provide a safe "work around". This solution didn't require the parts he'd sought out, which he'd now have to return, but it was much more cost effective for me, which I truly appreciated. Otis Mechanical really puts the customer first, and when it's time to replace my entire furnace, they'll be the first ones I call. Highly recommended.

...dimitri and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and kind...he explains everything in lay language...i have used him for a decade now, and will never use anyone else...he is available, or so it seems, 24/7...has never ripped me off or taken advantage of a situation...i highly recommend him...
Very few times you can find a company so good in all ways. Responsive , fairly priced, knowledgeable and friendly. Dimitri, and everyone on his team do an amazing job anytime I've needed them. Even in off hour emergencies they take care of any issue. Would never use or recommend anyone else.
I called Otis Mechanical to come fix a problem with my heater/AC unit. Before they came out the owner Dimitri tried to walk me through some things to check on the phone in hopes that I could fix the issue without having to pay for a service call. Dmitri then came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He ordered the part and was back a day later after hours at 7:00 PM to install it. I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend OTIS Mechanical to anyone.
I was caught in a bind with no HVAC provider and Dimitri and his team came when they said they would and stood behind their work. Very knowledgeable and available at any time. Highly recommended.

Otis mechanical are wonderful- I was told by one company I needed a new heating system so I got a second opinion from Otis Mechanical - it was a simple, inexpensive fix and they told me my heating system was fine! I’d never trust anyone else!
Very personable, fast and reliable service! Both large fixes and minor fixes (just changing thermostat batteries- despite no low battery indicator- can actually bring about big change!) were addressed. I’d definitely recommend such a hard-working hvac professional as Dimitri.

I called Dimitri when our air conditioning wasn’t running. He got back to me in under five minutes. Someone came out that same evening. We had to let the coils defrost, so Dimitri came out first thing the next morning and took care of the problem quickly. The price was reasonable. I will be calling him again, but hopefully not soon. Thanks Dimitri!
