Between Rose and Chris they are a one two punch in services. Between time of requests for service the work was completed. Very seamless. Chris showed up on time and was friendly and helpful to solving my issues. He diagnosed the problem with my out door fan motor and repaired and replaced with new one in a timely manner. I am pleased and will be happy to recommend this company.
Very pleased with the services that I personally received from this company, that I even sent my ENTIRE FAMILY their information! Professional, on time and made sure to follow up after their services. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs anything from a simple service to a repair. The owner of the company was the gentleman that did services at my home. I bring this up because he took the time to have a conversation with me and when I told him I was a Head Football Coach he immediately asked me how he could support our program. I was blown away that even when the man was working he was looking for a way to give back which was a very much needed donation. Thank you OTEK!!
This past weekend my heater went out and I was in need of a tech. I asked my friends if they knew anyone that could come out on the weekend and they suggested.OTEK I called and within a few hours a tech was out servicing my unit. The tech was very professional, courteous kind I highly recommend.OTEK to every one that is in need of AC or heating repair. I’ve had other companies come out and none of them with the professionalism and quality of work as OTEK.
I would like to think the good folks at O’Tek . Our heater went out and it is located up in the attic. I am unfortunately, very old and cannot climb a ladder anymore to take a look at it myself. A friend referred me to Otek they were able to come out the same day and fix our issues with the heater, which was a godsend since my arthritis has been flaring up very bad this year from all the rain and the cold weather. The technicians were very professional my wife even meet him a brownie. Thank you again and we will definitely be using your service from here on out.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer in Arizona! To make things worse it was a weekend and we didn't know what to do. We called Otek and they came out right away. They informed us that we would need to replace the whole unit. (We knew this was coming because it was 20+ years old) They did what they could to make it work through the night, then came back first thing in the morning with the new unit. They replaced the old one and had everything back up and working before noon! I would definitely recommend them! They did an amazing job and saved us from the summer heat!
