From the secretary that I spoke to, to make the appointment to the technician who arrive at my house they both were super friendly and attentive. The technician answered all of my questions and concerns. Great people skills.

Telly from Oscar's looked at my current system, and then explained what he would recommend. He answered all of my questions and I was very pleased with the information he shared. I received a quote right away and was able to forward it to my son for his review. Of the three companies I spoke with, I will go with Oscar's when it's time to purchase.
Honest man and more than honest pricing!! He was so quick to figure out a solution in my budget and get us back up and running. My kids, 88yr old nana and I were so grateful and blessed to have gotten referred to Oscar's!! Explained my situation before the tech came out and was grateful he did not try to sell me a new unit despite mine being old. But i know where I'm calling when the time comes for one. If you have a problem with your air-conditioning, Oscar is the guy to call. Twice I had to call him when my air-conditioning quit working. He had it back up and running in no time.
I normally don’t leave too many reviews and normally as humans we never forget to leave the bad reviews! But they came out here and we’re the kindest people, they were honest, they got the air running within 20 min with a great price. I will 100% never use someone else! I wish I could put 10 stars! My A/C had gone out at night, not cooling. I called Oscars heating and cooling, and explained the problem, and was told that they notified a specialist. Within 2 hours....yes 2 hours!, Oscar was at the house, to rectify the problem, and within about 1/2 an hour, had the A/C going. Oscar explained what the problem was, and while he was rectifying the problem, he also checked the A/C, to make sure it was operating efficiently. This is an amazing company, and highly recommend them. Thank you Oscar, for your fast efficient service. I also highly recommend everyone purchase the yearly maintenance service, from the company. the summers are brutal, and the A/C is a lifesaver.
I had a brand new AC unit installed by Oscar and his excellent staff a little over a year ago since then oscar and his staff have been extremely helpful and address an concerns for maintenance quickly, professional, and friendly! Thank you Oscar for always taking care of your customer! Lorenzo
My technician solved my problem rather quickly…an easy fix. However, I need a new air filter and the size required for my unit is nearly impossible to find!

I love these guys. You won’t find a better crew to handle your AC issues. From the person taking the call (Diane) to the person doing the service work (Chris/Kelly), they’re very professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, on time and dedicated to their work. As always, Oscar's heating and cooling was outstanding! We just had our yearly maintenance done. The technician Gabriel was very professional and did a great job! We have also had Telly in the past who is phenomenal as well. Everyone is so great!
Very nice and solved my air problem...we were using two-thick of a filter. Going to set up an appointment to ckean air ducts.
