Good at first but neglected to make sure the job was 100% completed, was just told "call back if you have problems." It been now 2 weeks, I come home from a float trip to my ac out, my cats and small animals were stuck in a house that was 96°. I can't get anyone to answer or give me a return call so I am forced to pocket out more money to another ac repair company.
Best all around HVAC service you can get. Excellent service, reliable, fair and most of all, HONEST!

Horrible experience. They replaced our Heat Exchange unit in 2009. When it went back last August it was still under warranty. Repeatedly we would call, someone would finally show up and say they made an adjustment or something. Still no air. They gave us the run around - can't get the part etc. etc. It then finally got to the point that they simply ignored us. I have an autoimmune disease - which they were made aware of - heat makes the symptoms significantly worse. Finally we tracked down the manufacturer who told us we did not have to use the same company that installed it. We got another company to come out within 24, tell us what was needed, what was still under warranty and what wasn't . We had to pay some additional WHICH WE WERE HAPPY TO DO and would have done with Osborne too. We travel a lot in our business, we were gone a good part of September and of course the cooler weather came on. We NEVER, EVER, EVERY heard from them again. Now that I am turning on the air it made me angry and I felt it was time to report them in any and every forum that I could so no one else would experience what we did. Happy to take our money when it was replacing our whole unit - but couldn't care less in helping us with "minor" problems.
