Wow.. is all I can say about the service/installation we received. Randy installed three new units in our home, actually moved and redirected air ducts to give us more room in our house, and as a result our systems are running incredibly more efficient. We owe it all to Osborn air conditioning.
Can't say enough good things about Randy! He came recommended to me from a local HVAC supply store and I am happy that I asked. Our ac stopped working right before Labor Day weekend and he came out quick to help. 1st with loading freon and then installing a new motor. He was quick to reply, show up and follow up. He was always professional and super polite. He never tried to upcharge or convince us we needed something that we didn't. Very thorough with his work and efficient. Will use him again and highly recommend 10/10
I love Randy's helpful attitude. This is the best A/C repairman hands down. He was on top of the problem and was able to fix it with ease. Thank you again Randy for such wonderful service.
Randy was such a big help, he was super knowlegeable. Any question I had about the A/C he was thourough with his responses. To me he is the best repairman that I have come across in North Richland Hills, I would hire him back any time. Thank you again Randy for all your help.
When Randy comes to work, he comes to work and he fixes your problem. He truly means it when he says he takes care of his own, I feel lucky to have him around in North Richland Hills. If you want excellent 5 Star service and have a guy on call ready to come and perform, it's Randy.

Fast friendly service. Used on more than one occasion and they have come out after hours without hesitation TWICE. Would highly recommend. No pressure, you get what you pay for.
very polite and focused came prepated ....quickly found problem and got part replaced....Our dogs even welcomed him. Was most welcome to have heat after 4 days without heat and power. highly recommend

No BS, no sales pitch, and peace of mind. You owe it to yourself to get a quote from Osborn.. Felt like I was talking to an old friend.. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they will not sell you equipment you do not need. (Hats off to Blake & Jake).. Updating the air handler up the the attic. Had already settled on a company to do the repairs & was scheduled. Ran into Blake by chance who politely told me I was probably paying too much for the work. After he stopped by and reviewed the work we needed we easily changed to Osborn to do the work. There is an old saying "People do what you inspect, not what you expect!". Work was scheduled the next day, they were on time, extremely professional, and they went the extra mile on all the small details. It was my day off, so I saw all the parts removed, and what was installed.. Long story short, Osborn AC LLC really helped me and my family. We saved money, and created a future link to professional AC Service. God Bless you...
Amazing job! Several of my coworkers recommended Randy to me and was great!! He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The job on our AC unit was simple and he fixed it in no time. He didn’t try to stack on more repairs. We will only use him in the future!!!
Super Heros wear Dri Fit and head lamps! If you seek honesty, trustworthiness and Integrity, Osborne should be your AC/Heating company of choice. On the hottest day of the year yet I came home to a frozen AC. The time was nearing what most places would consider "after business hours" Not Blake, he listened to my tale of woe and was at my door 15 minutes later. He accessed the problem, explained everything to me and began his work in the inferno aka attic. Soaked but still smiling, he finished up and left. (VERY fair pricing as well) 10 minutes later it was frozen again. I called back, he listened and knew what else it could be and promptly, back he came. Again he showed me what was broken and how he would fix it.(9:30pm). Thankfully shortly after, all was cool on Planet Deb. I can't thank him enough for going (IMO) above and beyond. Customer for life here! :) You really shouldn't look any further y'all <3.
Blake was awesome. Gave a thorough fix at a fair rate and explained everything. Came out the next day and my ac is running perfect now. Will be using for future issues. Glad to find someone I could trust. Highly recommend giving Osborn a call.
Great same day service
I needed to replace a 20 year old unit that cools my upstairs portion of my home. The AC company I had a history with no longer services my area so I was forced to shop around and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every single part of the process was smooth. Blake did a quick look over and was able to offer a couple options and showed me the pro and cons of each. Once I settled on the unit, they were able to get me in the schedule quickly and the work was fantastic. The new unit has been amazing, and I've seen a noticeable difference in the cooling of the house and my electric bill. I'm excited to see how the heat pump works this winter. I now have an AC company I am excited to recommend.
Called Blake for AC servicing and he arrived same day! Great guy to work with. He explained everything as he completed a full inspection and troubleshooted our AC issues. Our AC and heat are now all up and running nicely. Highly recommend!!
