They called me less than 24 hours after I got my claim put in with AHS went ahead and scheduled my appointment and came out to evaluate and my problem put my claim in with AHS the same day got all of my parts ordered and within a week or less had been back out to fix my problem and now I have AC in this heat. Thank you so much. 10/10 Highly recommended
Could not have had a better experience. After suffering through the weekend without AC, only to learn that the normal company we went to wouldn't be able to see us til midway through the week at the earliest, we got recommend Orr HVAC through a friend. They were kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and they were prompt in fixing our issue. Not only that, they broke down the repair job in a way easiest for me to understand, the prices ( as we were looking into possibly getting a whole new system along with this repair ), and offered suggestions on how to maintain the AC. Their prices were very reasonable, and they were kind enough to give me an estimate when I called in and explained the problem. I called multiple companies today and they were the only ones who did this. They were extremely courteous ( taking off shoes to go indoors when they saw that's what we do ), and being mindful of our yard. Me and my family could not be happier, and they definitely get a recommendation from us!
Basil was extremely helpful in cleaning out our condensate drain line and installing a float switch to make sure we never have that issue again. He also said they have a 30 day warranty where if you have any other issues not even related to what they worked on they will come out to assess it free of charge. Friendly small company HVAC service and payment was a breeze as they had clover on their mobile devices.
Super Fast. Super friendly. Recommend for anyone looking for fast honest work at a good price! They were able to diagnose my issue and get my system working for me when numerous other technicians could not! Wish I could give a 6th star!!!!!
Basil Orr and his Orr HVAC team are excellent. Have used Orr on different occasions diffwrent units and always a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable company who also works with warranties and goes to bat for you. Definitely recommend!

Mr Orr is a stand up guy who will shoot you straight everytime. Hes not interested in breaking your bank account. He definately cares about the customer .

After a horrible experience with trying to get A/C services from another company, I started calling a ton of other companies to see when was the earliest I could schedule an appointment. When I called Orr HVAC, Basil stopped and asked me questions to better understand how he could help. I explained I was a first time homeowner, and he was very considerate and patient with me. He gave me some great advice over the phone, and then came out the next day when the A/C still wasn't working. He explained exactly what he was doing and why, and he was transparent about pricing. I can't recommend this company enough!
This is a great company! My AC died and first thing in the morning they called me to schedule. Jacob came and climbed in my boiling hot attic and knew the problem immediately and had it fixed in no time. Tney are so helpful, courteous and competent. I can't thank them enough.
ORR HVAC was amazing, very professional and great customer service plus identify my ac unit problems right away and fix them. i would call them and schedule right away you won't be disappointed.

At first they couldn't get to me til the next day. Within 20 min the returned my call to tell me they could be out within 2 hrs. They found the problem and restored service quickly! Very satisfied!!

Thanks God for Basil and ORR HVAC! A/C broke, Basil showed in 10 minutes and fixed it up right away. Was professional and really reasonable with price! Highly recommend this company!!!
